We have been with Morris Jenkins many years and have always received
great service on our HPAC. The technician Jake P serviced our units
yesterday and we were so impressed with his professionalism and solutions
to our problems. He made suggestions to keep our units running smoothly
without being pushy. We agreed to have what we felt comfortable doing now
and considering more options at the next checkup. We would like to keep Jake as our priority technician in the future.

Nick M. was great. He was on time and called 30 min. before coming over. He was very pleasant and professional. He went above and beyond to find a remote thermometer that was in the bushes and had been lost for a couple of years. He made a couple of suggestions about improving my system but was not pushy at all. I have been with Morris-Jenkins for about ten years and have had nothing but great service. Great Job.

Our hot water heater failed and Morris-Jenkins had a new replacement unit installed and operational in less than 24 hours. I just can't say enough about the caliber of personnel who have made service calls to our home over the last 3 years. They are really as courteous and friendly as what is portrayed in their TV ads. What's more they are fully trained, knowledgeable and do the job right the first time. Morris-Jenkins is a name you can trust, and they are now a Full Service plumbing company (and not just HVAC service as formerly).

Morris Jenkins was quick to respond and our technician, Matt explained our problems and solutions in a very professional manner. We were very pleased with our service and would recommend them highly.

Morris Jenkins offers the best service!!! The crew was very fast, knowledgeable, and curtious. My furnace broke and they installed a new one the very next day. They installed a new furnace for me with very minimal noise and in a very timely manner. One of the crew members even helped me get my gas fireplace working! Great crew and great service!!! I would recommend them for anyone.

We were very much impressed with the professionalism of Matt G. He diagnosed the issue and helped us speak with Custom Security whose warning box was not working properly. When I asked him to speak to Custom Security more technically he did so. This is helping us to resolve the problem with Custom Security. Many thanks

Dylan B was the technician assigned to us. Our appointment was 8:00am on 2/4/19. At 8:00 am he walking up the steps on back deck. Dylan was very punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and customer centric. He was pleasing to talk to and completed his job in about 1.5 hours.

Everything about Morris Jenkins exceeded our expectations. From the time I called at 9:00am on Sunday morning and spoke with Zach (who was absolutely wonderful) to the tech, Chase, who was here at noon (EXACTLY when he said he would be) we have had an excellent experience. Don came out when we knew we needed a replacement heat pump and explained all our options to us and never once tried to coerce or strong arm us.
The service team that arrived Monday morning were hands down the BEST work crew that I've ever had experience with. I am 65 and have seen a lot in my years but these men were stellar!! Les, Cheyenne and their mate were absolutely impeccable in their work, their interactions with myself and each other and the way they cared for my house as they were working. They covered the floors with clean drop cloths and never came in without covering their shoes.
They never cut corners on the jobs they were doing and actually went the extra mile repeatedly. I am duly impressed with this company and the caliber of the people they have working for them.
The electrician, Mike, that was working with this crew was excellent. He explained everything he had done and I felt totally confident in his work.
I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience. I would never go anywhere else for my heating/ac needs in the future. In my opinion they truly are the best!

Gary K was my MJ technician this morning. He was punctual and thorough and answered all of my questions. He also gave me some good free tips to keeps my unit running efficiently. Will definitely ask for him on my next maintenance call. Before he left, he explained everything he did, told me what he checked and asked if I had any questions.

We also shared a laugh over our mutual love of Ben & Jerry's ice cream! It was a pleasure!

Terry L was very helpful during my plumbing service appointment. He asked several questions to thoroughly assess the problem with my toilet. Once he fixed the issue, he tested my toilet several times to make sure it worked properly before leaving. He asked if there was anything else he could do to help which I appreciated.

Christopher S. does a fantastic job. Not only is he very knowledgeable about the services he provides he is also very friendly and shows an interest in you as a real person and not just another customer. Whenever I have a heating/air issue I always request Chris.

Dylan B. came out for winter maintenance on my furnace a few weeks ago. He called when he was on his way, and was on time. He provided detailed explanations for the results of the check up, but was not pushy about extra parts or services. He even came in and took a look at a duct valve that I had questions about and took the time to explain it to me.

The whole time he was there, it felt more like a friend was visiting than somebody I had just met. He wanted to meet our dog and baby, and make the whole experience wonderful.

If I could rate this lower than one star I would....where to start....I called MJ ( Morris Jenkins) because I smelt what I thought was sewage in my guest bathroom. A salesperson came and told me that my main line pipe was rusted and on the verge of explosion. He explained that my entire bathroom would have to be gutted and that once the repairs were done, they would reinstall everything except the vanity and toilet. This had to be done to access the main line that had to be replaced, the shower and other bathroom equipment was in the way. I understood. However, once the work was done the salesperson tried to tell me that he never told me that they would reinstall the shower. In the meantime, the workers gutted the shower and tore up the shower base/floor. The salesman said he would have the shower reinstalled for another $10,000 meanwhile my bill was already over $12,000. My daughter spoke with the manager and he promised to "make it right". Well his definition of "making it right" included getting my homeowners insurance involved and using that money to reinstall my shower, vanity and toilet. The company paid the overage. Another company was sub-contracted to complete the restoration of my bathroom. Everything was restored and good for about 3 days. Then all of a sudden when I flush my toilet the contents came up in the shower. I immediately called the company, they sent out a total of 4 people. The first 2 had no idea what the issue was so they sent another, the one they called the "camera man" he said there is a black grease ball and that another person would have to come and jet it out. The "jet guy" came and ran a camera in and showed me what he found....he found a chicken bone that was in the pipe. There was no grease ball like the "camera man" said. Thing is there is NOT a drain in my house (no garbage disposal either) that is big enough to put a chicken bone inside. This means the original WORKERS that repaired the main line dropped the chicken bone there. I know this to be the case because the 3 days they were here working I found Bojangles Chicken boxes in my front yard, my son in law found Oodles & Noodle cups and all kinds of food wrappers. What *** me off the most is that the "camera man" told us we now needed to replace the kitchen pipes and that would include gutting my entire kitchen, and had it been done when the bathroom pipes were replaced we wouldn't be in the situation. Well if the original salesman would have done his job then he would have checked all of the pipes. This is an older house that has original pipes. Second mistake is that the "camera man" lied...there was no grease ball. So this is now the 2nd lie out of a Morris Jenkins workers mouth. The issues are that nobody can be trusted. The guy that removed the chicken bone was nice and ever since he removed the chicken bone, everything has worked fine. In addition to all of this headache, the original bathroom pipe workers dug up my front yard and now there are several holes in my yard that are not covered by dirty or pine needles. My son stepped in one of the holes and sprained his ankle. We are of an older age and have to be extremely careful when outside. They left the holes in my flower beds unfilled so the main drain pipes/box are exposed. This company does not depict the values that Morris Jenkins displays in his commercials. I definitely feel like they took advantage of us from the start of things. If I could go back and choose another company I most certainly would. I caution anyone considering spending a larger portion of money with this company. Please do your homework and get a second opinion..

On 1/31/2019 I called Morris-Jenkins at 8pm about my hot water heater. Matt shoed up shortly after that to evaluate my situation. I pretty much knew I needed a new unit which he confirmed. He walked us through our choices and made his suggestion. By 11am the next day we had a new hot water heater installed. Bryan and his co-worker Tim were very polite and professional. They showed up on time and completed the task very quickly. All the associates involved in this encounter, including Casey who answered my initial phone call, are polite, knowledgeable, and concerned for our well being. I will highly recommend Morris-Jenkins to anyone with a plumbing or HVAC issue.

Just had our priority service done with Lindsay F and she was awesome! Very personable and knowledgeable and easily solved our issue of too hot upstairs/too cold downstairs by adjusting the manual dampers in the attic. Lindsay is very patient and we made sure to get her card so we can request her for future service calls!
