Had another great visit with Morris Jenkins! The service person, Jessica, was great! Very knowledgeable and very helpful! Also extremely patient with our dog who thinks everyone is here to see her. Jessica was here right on time and did our spring check up very quickly and hassle free! Also have some suggestion as to some issues to be addressed but not pushy in the least! We used your plumbing service on 2/25/19.Our piping and Drain lines under our house have not been change in 41 yrs..Will M and Tim R from Morris Jenkins came to fix our problems.

Pipes were leaking and drain lines were disconnected and running discharge under the house .It took two hold days to fix everything.

They did a good job and I would recommend Morris Jenkins to anyone.

Tousont was friendly and professional. He checked everything out and found a gas leak in my hot water heater. He fixed this all the while showing me pictures of everything he saw. Morris-Jenkins has always been a pleasure to deal with and Tousont carried that on with his trip today.

The entire process of replacing my furnace, air conditioner, and duct work was relatively painless and definitely speedy. From my initial phone call to get a quote for the work to the finished clean up, the entire process took less than 48 hours. The technicians, Alan and Andrey, were timely, professional, and courteous, even in the face of challenges. I am completely satisfied with the work done and would recommend Morris-Jenkins to anyone else looking for residential HVAC work.

Kevin P. provided wonderful customer service! He called ahead to let us know when he was expected to arrive and he arrived on time. He greeted me with a smile and a polite hello and gave me his name. He proceeded to let me know he is at my home to complete a maintenance service/check up on our furnaces. He estimated it would take one hour and a half to two hours to complete. Before he began he asked if I had questions or concerns. We chatted about a few things. Throughout the time Kevin was at my home he kept me updated on the things he was doing and if he had any concerns. He took his time and was thorough. When finished Kevin had addressed my concerns and questions were answered and all was well. Also, he's great with dogs!Both furnaces are running smoothly. I thanked Kevin for his attention to detail and his time. I recommend Morris Jenkins and Kevin P. anytime! Thank you.

My problem was battery replacement in the thermostat. I simply could not open the thermostat. So, this problem was fixed by your person and he also checked the gas pack. All was OK. He also showed me how to open the thermostat so if batteries need replaced, I can do it!
