Harold and Kelvin just left after installing a new air conditioner and furnace. It was a pain having to buy a new system but the 2 installation specialists were on time, professional, and thorough. They called ahead of time and went right to work. So glad they had good weather in which to work!

Matt G was a very efficient, polite and professional young man. He greeted me with a warm smile and asked how was I doing. We exchanged pleasantries, I showed him to the air conditioner and began to work. He explained to me the situation with the air conditioner and gave me information with regards to my options. He left everything very clean after he completed the work.

Jarrett came to research and find why our furnace stopped running last night. He arrived on time and was professional and easy to talk to. He listened and asked me a few questions. He took pictures and explained everything he found. He is someone I would recommend he highly!

Tyler did a wonderful service on our AC today.
He was on time, and moved our empty rolling trash can up to the side of the house! He performed a complete review of our system. At the very end of the service,Tyler took the time to polish the outside case. Great service and very friendly.

We have always been very pleased by the service of Morris Jenkins! Over the years the technicians have been terrific! The technician that serviced our system today, Jimi F was outstanding, the best, most thorough that we've ever had, and I would truly like to request that he become our "only" Morris Jenkins Service Technician in the future. Very prompt service - called Sunday afternoon, had technician come out by 8AM Monday morning. Ethan was very professional, diagnosed and had problems fixed by mid morning.

Met Charlie W today. A wonderful young man. Very nice and a very kind person. Efficient and knowledgeable about his work. Explained everything he did so that I understood. Matt found the issue quickly. He went and picked up the faulty board and replaced it. Fixed the issue with my unit. Matt was very professional and knowledgeable knowing the issue. I just wish YORK was as professional with their manufacturing as Morris-Jenkins is in the training, professionalism, educational and customer oriented investments in their technicians.
