Look, I don't know about you but I don't find preventive service contacts to be the cheapest thing out there in this world. However, they can prove to be both a short term and/or long term prudent course action to avail yourself when applied to ones HVAC systems. I have had my contract with MJ for three years and I must say, that they still offer the same fantastic service today as they did three years ago. Joey, was my tech today, and there is something positive to note about consistency in professionalism and quality of work in today's world; where such appears harder & harder to find. Joey offered transparency and interacted with me more as a team member than just a customer by sharing current as well as project information regarding my units. For my family, this level of interaction translates into minimal unwanted surprises which in turn, helps with the household budget's bottom-line. After all, as my dear old dad use to say.......young man, money doesn't grow on trees. Well done Joey.

As I have stated in the past, I am from NJ, and a wait time of 4 to 8 hours is not unusual for HVAC service. Morris Jenkins ( Dylan ) was not on time, he was early! He had finished another service call earlier than expected and was on his way to service on my HVAC. Dylan performed all the necessary inspections and services to keep my HVAC running like new. Craig delivered excellent service, going above and beyond to take care of our home. He called prior to arriving & arrived exactly on time. We have 4 little dogs, so we requested that he call instead of ringing the doorbell or knocking. We ask this of most service professionals, and he is one the few to actually listen to us! He introduced himself by name, was polite and professional, and explained the service he would be performing.
When he found an issue with our exterior circuit breaker box, he called (again, rather than knocking on the door) and asked me to come see it. He explained the risk of the damage he found & what was needed. He gave me a quote, but wasn't pushy at all. He had the parts on hand, and completed the repair immediately, saving us the time, risk, and cost of waiting to have someone come back out to do it.
He was awesome & I truly feel that he is an honest, hardworking, and efficient technician. I noticed he was wearing some sort of service master patch with a bunch of gold stars on his uniform sleeve, and whatever that means, I can say it's well deserved. He gave me his card & answered all of my questions. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Way to go, Morris Jenkins!

My 85 year-old grandmother's hot water heater went out today and I called Morris -Jenkins to come give an estimate. Cody B. was the plumber who came out, he was so kind an efficient. He was so patient with my grandmother and answered all of her questions. We were pleased with the price, the efficient work and the customer service was excellent.

Dylan did a great job for my spring AC check. He caught water damage and subsequent rust on the coils which stemmed from bathroom flooding disaster last August. Without the coil freeze treatment, it would be an expensive replacement.

My appointment was scheduled for 2 -5 pm.
Chris arrived timely as always and proceded to do
a thorough inspection of the air conditioner, he cleaned
the air conditioner, checked the heater in the attic,
checked the filter, checked to make sure
the exact amount of air was coming from the vents, etc.

Mr Chris S does a great job whenever it is time
for my heater and air conditionier to be inspected. I feel
Chris is an asset to Morris Jenkins.

Pete was fantastic. This was my first time using your services and I'm blown away. Both Pete and Matt (who arrived earlier to check my hot water heater) were so kind, professional, open and informative. Pete made sure I understood my furnace, what was wrong, and how it affected everything. I honestly couldn't have had a better experience. I really felt confident that my home was in good hands.
