Did a fabulous job and was very thorough.Spent the time to look at everything and point out potential issues that could cause problems in the future offering a quote as well as suggestions for maintaining equipment. We are planning to use Morris Jenkins in the near future for other issues such as duct work and plumbing as well!

Excellent job! Sales person came out and access our needs for a new gas pack. He gave us 4
price points to choose from. No pressure on which to choose. We took the premium option not because of price ( second most expensive) but for the added value. They came when they said they would. It took 1 1/2 days to get my job done. They removed all the old duct work and cleaned up any paper or insulation from removable and installation. I have been customer of theirs for over 20 years and never have I had any issues. Always on time and explain if my system has any problems

We set up an 8:00 AM appointment for the $77 Drain Cabling service. The first technician that came said that he could only do the $625 jetting service, not the cabling. He then tried to upsell various other services. An hour later another tech came and did the cabling. She tried twice, but that did not unclog the pipe. She also recommended the $625 jetting service, which we declined. When my husband got home and tested the the sink to see if maybe the clog had cleared, the pipes had not been completely retightened and water began to leak from the garbage disposal and joints.

Matt was very professional and clearly explained the issues we were having with our air conditioning unit. I had heard others say Morris Jenkins are more expensive. If you want quality then you have to pay a little more. Very glad we called Morris Jenkins.

We just had our air conditioner unit inspected for the upcoming summer heat. Ray began working inside to allow a rain shower to pass. When the rain kept coming down, Ray went ahead and completed the inspection and servicing needed! He saved us another appointment and continued the normal fantastic service tradition we always get with Morris-Jenkins.

Bait and switch
8Apr2019. paid by credit card.
I called the company because they ran an ad for $77 drain cleaning up to 75 feet. I told their dispatcher that I had a clogged drain which I had hand augured & retrieved a mixture of mud, leaves & capillary sized root. I only had a hand snake & the job requires a power auger. She said they could clear that blockage for $77. When the crew arrived, they hit the same thing that I had told the dispatcher about. The responding tech told me they would not clear it for $77, but could send a camera crew out for $629 to tell where the blockage was. I told him it would be at the same place that he had stopped feeding his snake. He said that they don't give people the distance to the block & that we would need a camera. I finally convinced him to measure the distance. He then told me the only solution was to install a new drain. Although he didn't quote a price range, it would likely cost many many thousands of dollars.
This appears to be an obvious bait & switch. It can only be concluded that they never intended to clear the drain; rather to up sell unnecessary & expensive work. Since they knew it was a Sun City address, it's highly questionable if they typically try the same practices on other senior citizens.
I would like to see other unwary potential customers warned. If the Morris-Jenkins practice is illegal, then they should be held appropriately accountable.

Our $77 drain cable special is for proper access up to 75 feet and not for storm drains (French drains and/or yard drains). The plumber was called out for standing water in the French/yard drain in the customer's front yard. Our plumber explained to the customer that it is not recommended for us to cable those types of drains due to the power of our machines. He evaluated the plumbing system and presented options to the customer about jetting or getting a camera out. The customer was not interested in the other options. Since we were there, we did cable the line to make an unsuccessful attempt to get the water to drop.
We regret the customer's dissatisfaction and any misunderstanding when our Customer Service Representative told the customer that we have multiple options for clearing the lines but we need to come out first and assess it.
In the interest of customer goodwill, we will refund the customer's $77 and hope that will be satisfactory. The customer can expect to receive a check in seven to ten business days.
