Ethan is quite an asset to Morris Jenkins. Ethan is probably the most knowledgeable, professional, personable, friendly, courteous service tech in any field that I have ever encountered. After an extensive cleaning and inspection of my air conditioner, he presented to me a thorough report of what his inspection revealed including photographs and videos to support his findings. His report was very impresssive. I greatly appreciate Ethan spending the time to give such a thorough report.

Very pleasant experience. The representative was ver professional and knowledgeable. Our questions were answered and the level of customer service exceeded our expectations.

Thomas was efficient, smart and pleasant. He not only did a good job but gave a great impression of his employer.

Seth and Damon arrived at my home to do maintenance checks on the three systems I have. They were both very polite and kept me informed every step of the way. One problem did pop up. Seth worked with me, after speaking to his boss, as the system was a few months out of warranty. He said he would have to order the part and as soon as it arrived he'd be out to finish the job. Much to my surprise, I received a call the next day that they had the part and could they come back and fix the air conditioning unit. Of course, I agreed. Seth came back and finished the job in less than an hour.

I have been with Morris Jenkins for over 11 years and have always found them to be responsive to my needs as a customer.

Chris did a great job getting our air conditioning ready for the spring! He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I woke up to a leaking hot water heater and Morris Jenkins was the 1st place a thought of too call. They came out same day (8am) and they were very professional and courteous. The technician looked at the water heater for less than 5 minutes and said I needed a new one. I didn't know any different and I just needed the leaking to stop so $3000.00 later I have a new water heater. About a week later, I had another issue (something else) and I called a different plumber (reputable and local from a smaller company). He looked at the water heater and told me that I was overcharged and things were installed that I didn't need. Technically the job could have been done for under $1000.00. I feel I was taken advantage of. Unfortunately it's too late now to do anything but I want others to know so it doesn't happen to them. Please get a 2nd opinion before you have any work done by Morris Jenkins.

Today T was my service technician, he went about his job professionally and was also very social and friendly! He found that my a/c unit needed some minor attention before the heat of summer and heavy use (which is exactly why I love the Morris Jenkins " maintenance program"!) If my unit took a break when I really needed it, that is just an inconvenience nobody wants to deal with! Job well done... as always!

Will B came to our house today to help with a plumbing issue. He not only addressed the initial problem, he also did a thorough evaluation of our plumbing system. In addition, he helped us ascertain the age of our water heater (21 years) and put us in touch with a water heater specialist who we'll contact to get a quote for a new heater. He was polite, informative, and patient with his "assistant" (my husband) who had lots of questions. Another positive experience in our journey with Morris-Jenkins!

Very knowledgeable and noticed leaks on sewer line while checking ductwork. Very pleasant personality. Apologized for service delay even though the office had already called me and alerted me about delay.

Your tech was courteous, professional, arrived on time, and even brought in a UPS package left on my front porch! He explained the issues with our upstairs ac unit in a way that was easy to comprehend and fully answered all of my questions. Since we have been very happy with the main ac unit that you replaced 3 years ago (as well as the furnace you replaced last year), we will be having you replace our upstairs ac unit this year.
