Rik W performed our spring maintenance today. He serviced our A/C, changed our filters installed six new smoke alarms. This was not the first time Rik has worked on our system. He is highly professional and knowledgeable. we know we can count on Rik. He is very personable and has a great attitude. We look forward to seeing him again in the fall. *** & ***.

Chris N was our Technician today....He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly! He completed his work, took the time to sit with us to explain everything he did to our system today. He drew diagrams to help explain things in an easier way for the consumer to understand! He left options with pricing for us to consider for our systems....explaining each to us. Chris is an OUTSTANDING TECHNICIAN! He truly is the best we have ever had...and we have had some very good ones through the years! We will be requesting him for our future visits!! Chris is to be commended for his superb workmanship!!

John was an excellent representative of the good work your company accomplishes and it was a pleasure to have him in my home. He also informed me about the condition of my smoke detector and took care of its replacement.

Nick and Nik were fantastic. They explained everything they were doing and went out of their way to answer our questions. They also went above and beyond and pointed out some other safety issues they saw in our attic which were unrelated to the work they were there to do.

Robert F serviced our air-conditioner today. Very professional and polite. He took photos of the items that needed repair and discussed options for repairing them. Very thorough and willing to give good advice.

Great service

My service person Ray was very professional. He explained everything that he was doing and finished in a timely manner. Although the maintenance plan is experpensive it is well worth it.

Scott T was my service rep today. He called ahead and then arrived at the scheduled time. Scott provided thorough, efficient and courteous service. When he was finished outside he came inside and gave me a more detailed description of the maintenance procedures he performed on my system and answered any questions and concerns that I had. Very satisfied with having Morris-Jenkins handling my HVAC service requirements.

I have been using MJ for many years. Their technicians are very professional. They explain everything to you about your system. I would recommend them very highly to anyone. I love it when they put on the footies before entering your home. A great company!

Michael came for the cooling system semi-annual check today. He was very efficient, responsible, kind and courteous. Explained everything and took the time say hello to my dog! Would gladly have him back again for service in the future.

Paul, our technician was absolutely wonderful. He was nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I Highly recommend him. We hope to have him as our technician in the future. He was top of the line.

We were really impressed with Scott's knowledge of our problem. Initially he offered a less expensive work around due to the expense of replacing the circuit board in our HVAC. After he answered our questions in a very easy to understand way, we decided to replace the board. He was great, easy to talk to and very interested in giving us the best service possible. We have always enjoyed the service from MJ and highly recommend them.

Sadie and Glen were extremely knowledgeable, meticulous and patient. They even talked with my home owner warranty company to help recover reimbursement. These 2 are 5 star professionals! Thanks Morris-Jenkins!

Peter arrived on time and thanked us for the opportunity to serve us. He spent most of the afternoon doing the seasonal maintenance on our two air conditioning units. He was very thorough and explained everything that he did. He seemed willing spend as much time as needed to make sure our units were serviced to make it through the summer without any problems. I was impressed by his professionalism and courtesy.
