Bobby D (our technician) did a great job on our unit. He was very professional and personable. His professionalism and courtesy reflects the values of Morris-Jenkins as a well run business. Our unit was very well cleaned. Very pleased with the service of our unit!

Annual service and checkup by Jordan was spot on this past week. Jordan called thirty minutes out, arrived on time, introduced himself with a smile (loved the smile), and went right to work. I always wonder how these techs keep their uniform so clean ? Jordan saw that we were about to sit down to supper and he quickly excused himself and went to work. We never knew he was there as he worked quietly to service my system. Because of my duel fuel system it takes a while to do all the servicing and check ups. By the time he finished it was after 7, dark outside, and cold as well. He came inside to go over the checks with me. I always ask every service tech how they like working for Morris Jenkins. I always get the same answer...they love working for this company.

Jordan's answer was more measured and came with a story. A brand new tech, newly trained, never yet been on a job, finds himself at Levine Children's hospital with a newly born son clinging to life. How Morris Jenkins reaches out to him and his family during this critical time is a story worth hearing only from Jordan. If you are fortunate to get him as your tech, you can ask and hear him tell this story how a large company takes care of its own. As for the job he was on, he did find some issues with my equipment (which is rare), but these were components that typically wear out and should be replaced to prevent even bigger problems. He was back two days later as I had scheduled him and made the repair. Because I am a Priority Advantage Member I received a discount for these parts and the labor simply a part of my annual contract with them.

With 15 years experience as a customer with Morris Jenkins I have never once been displeased or concerned with the quality of service by Morris Jenkins. This company easily sets the standard for for service and quality in our area for HVAC and plumbing. As I was once told by their sales rep 15 years ago, "Sir, we are not the cheapest in the short term, but we are the best at what we do and save you money in the long term." I have plenty of friends who find cheaper companies, and I watch them struggle later on with issues, faulty equipment, and equipment that does not last. I have recommended Morris Jenkins to friends and family members and not once have they ever expressed any regrets....like me, they become sold on a company that is sold on us, their customers.

I hope I see Jordan again. He may be one of their newer techs, but you would never know it from the detailed and quality work he does. He embellishes the customer service culture as well as the "taking care of family" cultures instilled by Mr. J.

Jimmy B was a follow-up to a previous service call for no heat in our downstairs furnace. This was a recurring problem from several months ago. He was extremely thorough and resolved our issue. He even found a problem that has gone on for years regarding a whistling noise. The detail and quality of his work is exceptional. All of Morris-Jenkins service representatives have been great. All have been friendly, professional and knowledgeable. BUT.... Jimmy stands out!!

Mark P our service rep from Morris-Jenkins arrived on time, he was polite, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Upon servicing/checking our A/C unit he discovered that a duel starter unit had to be replaced. We authorized him to go ahead and make the repair.
He is an excellent example of great customer service, and representative of the company he works for.

I like to thank Morris Jenkins for a wonderful job they did installing a heating and air conditioning unit. Matt was super in getting us finance, John in explaining our options,Joshua and the rest of the installers for doing a great job. Everyone was so polite. Thumbs up Guys.
