Tyler H was the service technician that handled my Fall maintenance. Tyler was very prompt in arriving during the time period that I had scheduled and was very prompt in handling the service(s) that he was responsible for. Tyler took the extra step of explaining items preformed during the fall maintenance and took the extra step of discussing various other things, such as, CO detector maintenance and replacement, cleaning of ductwork and general maintenance of the furnace. Tyler also explain some items which might be problems in the future, items that need to be watched. Tyler was very thorough.

Chris was a great technician. He gave me all the information I needed and was courteous and expedient.

Technician was very personable but also very proficient at his job. This is a perfect combination for working in customers homes. He gave a detailed account of the system inspections at the completion of the visit. Very happy with Morris Jenkins personnel.

Absolutely no stars!!! But for some reason I can't post without giving at least one. I have been an MJ customer for a few years now and the service is relatively efficient, techs are nice and super informative. However, I had a scheduled maintenance call for today and the tech never showed up. I called the office to inquire and apparently he got tied up on another call and could not take a minute to inform me as I sit here and wait. I understand that things happen; however, when you are expected to be somewhere and there is someone waiting that has rearranged their schedule to get this done; the least you can do is let them know you are running late. My time is just as important as whatever the situation is that you were working on as I do have a job that I am expected to be at and not sitting on my couch waiting for you to show up whenever it's convenient. I normally don't do reviews but this was unacceptable. Not to mention I am a PRIORITY ADVANTAGE MEMBER... I sure as heck don't feel like a priority at all. This is really bad business!!!

I believe Morris Jenkins employs some of the most genuine and professional individuals possible. With that being said, Zach L was a pleasure to deal with. He genuinely took the time to understand what we had been dealing with and asked questions to inquire more about the situation to gather all the facts for a proper diagnosis. Very friendly and informative during his entire visit. We could tell he was very thorough and cared about troubleshooting to resolve the issue. In the end, we were left with an AC system that is running smoothly and reassured once again why we chose Morris Jenkins for our heating and air systems.

Pressure regulator and water meter installed. Work done properly. Price was extremely high. Would not have agreed to pricing, however came to Charlotte from out of state to have work done at investment property and was on a tight schedule. They knew my situation and likely took advantage and gouged me. Will not use again.

Great service!! On time and dependable and know what they are doing

They immediately diagnosed the situation, provided a plan of action and took care of the problem. I felt the charge was reasonable for the amount of work done.

My husband and I recently moved to a new home and wanted to install our Nest Thermostat and new Ring Doorbell, but at our last place, my husband installed the Nest himself and simply put- it didn't go well. This time we decided to hire a professional and boy, did we! Rob *** from Morris-Jenkins showed up promptly on time and immediately got to work, explaining what he was doing and making sure we had all the information we needed. I can't recommend this guy enough. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, extremely professional, and answered all kinds of questions we had about vents, HVAC systems, etc. Thanks to our conversation, we'll likely be hiring him to come out yearly or bi-annually to inspect our HVAC systems. The most important and fantastic thing about Rob is that we could tell he was a guy with iron-clad integrity. If he did an inspection and told us we needed an entire new HVAC system, we wouldn't be thrilled, but we'd trust him.

We're so glad to have found someone so professional, trustable, and knowledgeable to help us with all our HVAC & plumbing needs. Rob is the kind of guy who goes above and beyond, and we can't recommend him enough! If you can specially request someone, ask for Rob!!

They were intent on a good job replacing our water shut-off and feed line. The issue I have is the entire trench was not filled. I stepped into the open part of the trench in the dark A bit of a surprise. Fortunately no injuries.

My experience with Cory B and James G to was fantastic.

Alvo just came to perform my semiannual service check. He was very polite, professional and thorough. I am very impressed by the customer service provided and would highly recommended this company.

After experiencing a late night A/C outage, the staff at Morris Jenkins dispatched one of their service technicians to fix the problem. Arriving on time, Daniel "Alvo" A was polite, knowledgeable, and personable. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, and once fixed he stuck around to ensure my house was cooling properly. If I could give him more than 5 stars on this review, I would.
