Morris-Jenkins

Our AC went out. Called Morris Jenkins and a very nice young lady helped me get a service call started. I reluctantly ask when the tech would show thinking next day or so. She said between now and 3 PM. A 3 hour window! Josh shows up and is very comfortable allowing me to watch as he methodically checks everything. Turns out to be a defrost board and he shows me why. He makes a few calls and says he can have one here in an hour! An hour later it is pouring down rain but here is Josh! He waits out the rain showing me on his phone it is about over. Replaces the board. Fires up the AC and explains how it can be avoided in the future with a surge suppressor. Great guy! Smart Tech! He will be the guy I ask for on future service calls! Price of it all was more than reasonable. Part was under warranty by manufacturer. Josh checked without asking.

Dylan always does a great job for my HVAC needs and is always professional and informative.

My system needed replacing and of course I went with Morris Jenkins, not because of the price because they will not be the cheapest, however, the customer service is unapproachable. Between Andrew, Martin, Josh and Kelvin, the professionalism and customer care that has been lost to most companies was apparent with all involved. The 100 degree weather inside and out did not stop Josh and Kelvin from working deligently. Thanks to all involved.

Needed a plumber to assist a propane gas company on a tankless water heater installation. Being a Priority Advantage member I thought it would be a matter of telling them when I needed them to be here, but instead was told that they wanted no part of it. Called another plumbing company and had an appointment in less than 5 minutes. Will have to rethink my Priority Advantage membership. Seems that there is NO priority and NO advantage!

In addition, I talked to Sharifa to schedule the appointment. She was also professional and friendly. We talked about the maintenance plan and she sent the plan information to me to review right away. Again, great customer service!!!

Great company. Our Tech Damon *** was great told us everything he did with checking the furnace. Will ask for him again in the Spring when it is time to check the AC. Like Morrie-Jenkins because when you call for an appointment don't have to wait a long time to get someone out and the Techs we have dealt with have all been very likeable and do a great job. Would highly recommend this company.

Took great care to explain what he was doing and why, as well as what he had found during his service call. I have worked in customer service over 40 years and I would have to say Morris-*** is without a doubt the best I have dealt with. As a priority member I am always amazed when they come out to service my units. The employees that come out are so professional and friendly yet always feel like a family member. They let you know how important you are as a customer and make sure you are completely satisfied. I had the privilege to meet Katie *** the service technician that was sent out for my maintenance program. She is a prime example of what Morris-Jenkins represents honest knowledgeable friendly employees with concern for their customers. She answered all questions and concerns we had and also made a few suggestions that would be beneficial to us. I must say calling Morris-Jenkins was the best decision we could have made. Great company with even greater employees. I highly recommend Morris-Jenkins you will never have to worry about anything they take care of it all!

Tyler H did an incredible job at explaining everything to us. He was on time, efficient and very professional. I felt like I had known him for a long time and he immediately made us feel comfortable. He was very thorough on everything and educated us immensely. We are very glad we called Morris Jenkins and Tyler definitely went above and beyond. You need to put him down for a raise!

Tiffany came out today to do our regular heater maintenance and she was fantastic! She went above and beyond and replaced our filters for us and educated us on the frequency we should really be doing is (we were honest and let her know it had been a bit), she also checked all of our smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors, which was awesome! She really was great and friendly and a testament to the kind of people Morris Jenkins hires. We hope she gets assigned to us again!
