Darryl came out to perform a routine check on our furnace. He was punctual, professional, and thorough. Great customer service.

Several years ago, one week before Christmas our heat pump failed. We'd been serviced randomly in the past with other contractors, but decided we'd give Morris Jenkins a call. It's never good news to hear you need to spend a large sum of money, however, for the first time someone actually summed up the requirements for our house size. We'd had a 5 Ton unit but only required a 3.5 ton for better efficiency.
For the next few days, Morris Jenkins employees showed up on time, prepared and professionally competent and personable.
Today was no exception when Tiffany J, our service technician, contacted us prior to arrival, showed up on time, presented the old filter to show my wife, serviced our tankless water heater, replaced all batteries in CO2 alarms, tolerated our two yapping dogs and exceeded all our expectations with a smile.

Our tech, Terry L, was great. Very experienced, easy to talk to and didn't pressure us to buy anything we didn't think was necessary.

Chris C is another fine example of the high quality service technicians that Morris-Jenkins employs. Chris was friendly, professional and very efficient during his service visit. As it turns out, he is a new neighbor in my neighborhood! Chris offered that he is available for any emergency needs that may come up, and it is reassuring to know that he lives less than a quarter mile away from my home. You can't beat that - having helpful people so close to home!

Thanks to Tony *** we replaced our 40 year old smoke detector!! He also installed a Carbon Monoxide alarm! So glad he asked about the alarm because we never thought about replacing it and never got around to purchasing a Carbon Monoxide alarm.

Very professional and polite. Knowledgeable about his service and provided AC informational tips.

We have been priority advantage customers for several years. I always get positive customer service from the help line and the technicians who come out are great. Yesterday I had a sink that needed snaking. Anthony *** was the technician who came out and he was friendly and helpful. He laid out all the options and we decided on the best course of action. The sink is working great now!

Anthony was very diligent and did a great job with unusual drain issue!

Every single person who helped us, from the person who answered the phone when I first called, to all who interacted with us thereafter, was professional, kind, and polite. I give Morris-Jenkins my highest recommendation happily. Matt, Chase, John, Dino, and every one who was part of the team, did their jobs promptly and exceptionally well. I will gladly suggest this company to any who ask my advice who to call for air conditioning issues.

This past week I had my parent's water heater replaced by Morris-Jenkins. I cannot recall the last time I interacted with a business as professional, helpful, and (most of all) courteous as Morris-Jenkins. Bryant came to our home on Sunday afternoon to determine exactly what was wrong and the corrective action that needed to be taken. He was friendly, explained what needed to be done, and was forthright about the cost. Abraham arrived the next day with all the tools and supplies he needed. He explained everything as he went along and took extra care to minimize the mess in the work area. Thomas showed up a bit later to help Abraham finish things up early which was great because I needed to take my mother to the doctor a bit later. When everything was finished Abraham made sure there was no left over debris and everything was working perfectly.

After spending 25 years working in customer service I know great service from bad. This experience was truly amazing.

(Note to Mr. Jenkins: Kudos to your advertising department. Clearly the best in the area)

Chris was the technician that arrived at my residence to diagnose an intermittent issue I've been having with my AC. He arrived on time and was very polite. He was very thorough in checking all possible issues and made sure to explain everything in detail. I appreciate the excellent customer service and I know I can always count on anyone from Morris Jenkins to be as professional as possible and make sure my investment is working properly and efficiently.

My husband and I called another company first to come look at our AC system as it stopped working properly. We called them on a Monday and they said they could come out on Friday to take a look. They showed up Friday and told us we had two choices, replace our entire unit and they could finance it for us, or fix two things (fan and motherboard) and that would cost us $1,500+, but they wouldn't be able to order parts until Monday and they couldn't tell us when those parts would arrive for them to install them.

We decided on getting a second opinion from Morris-Jenkins. As soon as we called they said they would have someone come by as soon as possible. 2-3 hours later Rik showed up. HE WAS AWESOME. Here are some of the reasons why we love Rik and will always go with Morris-Jenkins in the future:

1. Rik was able to come by at 8:00 PM on a Friday night
2. We told him our issue and he immediately got to work
3. He was honest about what needed repairs (things were not as bad as the other guy had claimed)
4. He noticed something potentially dangerous that the other guy didn't mention, and made sure it was fixed immediately
5. He noticed that someone had shut most of our vent valves that control the amount of airflow to each room and made sure they were open (the other guy did not)
6. When it was time to discuss repairs and finances he was upfront and gave us options. Best of all, there was no pressure to make any big decisions on the spot
7. The pricing Rik gave us for the mother board was several hundred dollars less that the other guy's (and Morris-Jenkins didn't charge us anything for the consultation!)
8. He had all of the necessary parts to make the repairs that night
9. He had an answer for every question we could think of
10. He was awesome to chat with!

Morris-Jenkins does a great job hiring wonderful, honest people who serve our community in a way that every business should. We are really looking forward to Rik returning to our home in the future to help us with all of our heating and cooling needs. There's nobody else we trust! Thank you Rik! Thank you Morris-Jenkins!

This is exactly why I pay to be a Priority Advantage Member! Came back from out of town and my A/C was not working. It was 80 degrees in my house. And keep in mind this is on a Sunday at 7am! Called the priority advantage line and spoke to a real live person, who very nicely and politely set me up with an appointment that morning! Chris arrived ahead of schedule at 10:15, after kindly giving me a heads up call that he'd be here in 20 minutes. Upon arrival Chris could not have been more nice and professional, and after tracking down the problem, explained it to me in a way I could understand. The service he provided, and the promptness in which he got my system back up and running, took a little of the sting out of paying the bill. After all, no one likes it when the bill comes due, but I have very little to complain about when I am taken care of so quickly and treated so nicely. I'm now writing this review, where it's 90 degrees outside, but a nice, cool 72 inside! Thanks guys!

Had a full re-pipe done back in June and while I had been dreading the process and expense the Morris Jenkins team was fantastic throughout the entire process. From the original conversations and work order to the amazing team that came out and removed our 65 year old cast iron plumbing, re-piped the house, installed a tankless has water heater, running a new gas line, etc. all in one day while I was at work and minimizing the burden on my wife and two daughters. Russ Henderson, RJ Fernando, Tre Reid, Daniel Brodbeck, Hasael Porcay, Owen Johnson and Danny Ubiles, you all were so professional, clean, friendly and an absolute pleasure to have work on my home. Morris Jenkins May seem more expensive than others you can find but the customer service and quality of work is beyond anything I've experienced. Thank You!!

Mark serviced my heating units today. Simply put, Mark is a true professional. He comes across as a person of high character and integrity. I wish he could be assigned to my house. Sometimes I feel technicians are trying to sell me something I do not need. I feel if Mark would have recommended something to me he would be telling the truth. You can't buy character and integrity. Five stars for Mark. Ten if it is allowed. Thank you Mark for the manner you carry yourself.

Alvo came out today to perform system maintenance. He was very personable and professional. He explained everything that was going to take place while he was here. During the maintenance he informed me of a few small issues and he was going to resolve them. Overall awesome job and he is welcome back anytime!
