Great service today from Katie who came to do my fall furnace checkup. While some repairs are necessary for my system who's age had been misrepresented by my original installer, she made it clear what needed to be done and showed me clearly what the problems were and how they would be fixed. Since having a new AC system installed last year, Morris Jenkins has done a wonderful job with customer service.

Every time we have had Morris Jenkins do our fall or spring system check the rep arrives on time.
The service person checks to see first if we've had any concerns then thoroughly checks our system. After getting everything ready for the seasonal change they always listen to and answer any questions we have. Morris Jenkins employees are all very friendly, helpful and courteous.

Daniel A did our semi-annual service including start-up for our gas furnace. He was very professional the whole time. Was sure to cover his shoes to protect our floors and explained everything he was going to do prior to starting and then gave us a detailed summery after review of our system. It is nice to have professionals.

I have used Morris-Jenkins for air conditioning and plumbing, love their service, all techs are very polite, professional, efficient, they let you know what they are doing, and always ask if you have any questions, always wear their booties as not to get dirt on your floors. They are always on time or even early, which is a big thing for me. I give all of them a BIG 10. Terry L just left, and he was great, Mr. Jenkins trains his employees with excellence. I wish all Mr. Jenkins employees could win an award, they all deserve it. I would recommend them HIGHLY. T.

When my husband and I woke up on that Saturday morning, we thought we heard water running. It took us a little while to discover that the water heater in our crawl space had a huge leak! We turned off the water to the house and got busy pumping the water out of the crawl space. My husband tried calling a couple of plumbers -- but had to leave messages. Then I remembered Morris Jenkins ads I had seen on TV --- they do plumbing, not just HVAC/AC! We were amazed (and relieved) with how fast they came out to assess the problem. It was only a few hours later that the installers arrived to carry away the old heater and install the new one. Thank goodness we didn't have to wait until Monday morning!!

What nice people, we met that day: they were all polite and efficient. Didn't wear their muddy shoes in the house. We are so pleased by the excellent, professional service we received!

We have used Morris/Jenkins for many years. We use their program that sends a tech out twice a year to check the system. We have seen many different techs and they all had the same things in common that we as a customer wants in anyone we deal with at our home. They were on time, they knew what they were doing, and they did it all with a smile. Any company would be happy to have employees such as this working for them. Some how this company is like a magnet and draws them in to their business. I want to thank Mr. Jenkins and his management team with the way they hire and train their employees.

I have been a priority member for years now. I would highly recommend it to anyone who asks. I was blessed this go-round by whom I believe is one of their best technicians who's name is Jon Saxon. He was actually the first Morris Jenkins representative who came out when I first became a priority member. I believe his knowledge and professionalism is one of the reasons I continue to be a member. I also had a gentleman who came out a few weeks earlier to help me straighten out my thermostat who is also another exceptional technician. They're genuine concern for their customers needs and/or issues is very comforting.

This company is untrustworthy. Inflate service issues to get more money. They came to service my heating systems & I was informed I had a gas leak & needed to shut off my gas line. They informed me they couldn't do it. I contacted my local gas company about the leak & was informed there was no leak at all. They quoted me over $3,000 for repairs. They had serviced my a/c units this summer & I also spent well over $2,500. Now I'm wondering if that was actually accurate.

Yesterday, October 22, I had an excellent technician, named Ray. He was an epitome of professionalism and expertise in the service of my heating system.. He was very thorough in his analysis and explained in layman's terms what my units needed. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant and knowledgeable technician than Ray. Thank you for sending him.
