Phillip was a breath of fresh air after the previous two service technicians. He was knowledgeable an efficient and performed this service check in a reasonable amount of time.

The plumbing technician, Andrew M, was one of the best service people I've ever had come out to my house. He was punctual, exceedingly polite, very professional, friendly, respectful, and answered all my questions fully. He did not try to "up-sell" me on anything I did not need. His explanation of the plumbing problem I was having was easy to understand, yet thorough. He expressed genuine concern about how the plumbing problem was impacting our ability to be comfortable in our home and he remedied the situation quickly. Morris-Jenkins is very fortunate to have a professional like Andrew as one of their employees. It is more and more difficult in today's world to get good quality service from someone who really cares. Andrew provided that kind of rare service.

From my first call to the finished repair everything was above and beyond my expectations. This is my second experience with Morris Jenkins, first for a water heater and this time for my furnace. Nathan came to give a free second opinion on a furnace and saved us thousands of dollars as our leak came from a different problem than what we were told by another company and it was a easy and inexpensive fix. Nathan went above and beyond when he also trimmed around a bush that was blocking an outdoor vent. My husband and I are so impressed that we signed up for their priority advantage program. We highly recommend them!
