Julian serviced my heat today and it was an excellent job.

Andrew was very professional and very helpful. After he successfully complete the work, he recommended the next steps to take to help ensure that particular issue would not happen again.

Brett J of Morris Jenkins was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. He went above and beyond. He was kind enough to tighten my cabinet door knobs, install my shower head and expertly repair my water pipes...all with a smile! He deserves a raise!

Bobby came out for a Safety Check on our 13 year old system. He explained the value of the Priority Advantage Membership for our older system. We agreed it was worth the purchase. These guys are always awesome! Our most recent interaction was due to a possible plumbing leak & a low water pressure problem. Everton Miller was the tech who came out and he was very thorough & knowledgeable. He found the leak and made recommendations with several choices for us. We're all set up to have the needed repairs done.

Once again, Morris Jenkins comes through! Not only are they really quick in scheduling, they are very thorough. Everything is explained before and after the work is done. They double and triple check all of their work. They are my go to for all things hvac and plumbing. Everybody from the office to the field people is professional, courteous, and friendly.
I don't know how they compare in price to other contractors nor do I care. The quality of their people and their work speaks for itself. Thank you Morris-Jenkins for the excellent service and first class staff!

Thomas B came to my home on Wednesday, January***2020 to check my garbage disposal which he did a great job. He also did a check on the water system and found that we will need to replace some things. He did a great job in checking and letting me know what was going on. I really appreciate everything he did.

We are really happy with Morris Jenkins. We were having problems with our heat and Tyler came out, let us know what was going on. Gave us estimates and gave us his number for any questions we may have had. Called him a week later to get everything fixed. Tyler once again came out and got us up and running again. We are Priority Advantage members and it's nice to know what comes with that. And our parts have a 2 year warranty.

Jason came to my house 1-4-2020, I had no heat from my new furnace. He started checking everything on the furnace and found the problem. He called to see if he could get the part that day and he did! Within a few hours I had heat and the furnace was working great. Steve had been to my house a few months before and he was wonderful also. The folks with Morris and Jenkins are patient and kind and that is why I use an trust them.

Morris Jenkins is a top-notch firm to work with. Their staff, from the reps to the techs to the person that answers the phone, is professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

We just installed a new system and the sales rep that came to our home took the time to explain things clearly and answer all questions and present all the options. We never felt pressured or rushed. And the system was installed the same day.

When you schedule an appointment they keep you informed of their arrival time and always show up when they say they will. They clean up after themselves and leave things as they were when they arrived.

It is very apparent that they treat their staff the same way they treat their customers. They are happy in their jobs and as a result they are committed to doing an excellent job. They're not the cheapest guys out there but you get what you pay for and they stand behind their work. This is the way every business should be run. Unfortunately it has become the exception rather than the rule.
