A huge thank you to A (Daniel A) who came to the rescue in the evening after a full day of work, yet he was energetic, kind, competent and exceptionally thorough... did not rush through to fix the bare minimum, instead he explained each repair step as he went and even showed pictures of exactly what was going on. Installation of our duck system went faster than expected. Alan and his partner work extremely fast in the cold to get it done. Alan had also provide very useful information to help maintain the system going forward, and explained the entire process from start to finish. As always Morris-Jenkins team does wonderful work, and I never have any concern with is being done and trust in their workmanship and support. Thanks again!

Jarrett F did an amazing job repairing the blower on my air handler. The fan assembly was rusted to the motor shaft. Jarrett worked incredibly hard drilling out the shaft in order to replace the motor. Jarrett never lost his patience in doing this. Jarrett is truly a professional with patience that is very rare.

Morris-Jenkins was here to perform a Winter safety check of our furnace. The technician Michael was very thorough and pointed out several concerns. One of these was an improperly installed electrical switch, which could have been a fire hazard. Michael replaced the switch and installed two new fire/carbon monoxide detectors. We are pleased with Michael's pleasant demeanor and the thoroughness of his work.

Nicholas was excellent. He was very informative and polite. He is welcome to return anytime.

Jacob was professional, courteous and complete in his review of our heating system and our home. He looked at each smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector to determine if each were functioning properly and there were no evidences of carbon monoxide in our home. He explained the dangers of carbon monoxide very clearly. We have been so pleased with the service and attention we have received from each of the service professionals and office staff at Morris-Jenkins. We heartily recommend them.

Donald was here to repair our furnace yesterday. It was his 12th year anniversary with Morris Jenkins and I can see why! He went above and beyond to service our furnace and even pointed out another issue we had in our attic. I can't say enough about him and his work. Jeremy was at my home today. He is efficient, capable and went over and beyond explaining to me the problem. He went on to tell me what my choices are with issues involved to consider.
