The Morris Jenkins service tech today was a delightful guy named Jaxier L. I got the promised call from him first and the tracker to see his progress to my home. He was thorough including providing a photo/video of a repair that needed to be done soon (no pressure) to keep my 9 year nine gas furnace in top shape. I could see the problem without a trip to the attic! Jaxier/M-J gave me a fair quote and I had him do it while he was here. Morris Jenkins can be counted on to keep appointments and do good work.

I was pleased with the overall service that I received from Morris-Jenkins technician Nicholas T. He was on time and very knowledgeable about my unit and gave a thorough explanation of what services were performed for this annual maintenance inspection.

Morris-Jenkins responded to our home on Friday 10/18/19 for a furnace break down. The tech. Jason was on time, friendly, polite and very knowledgeable about his job. After a timely diagnostic it was determined do to the systems age it would cost a great deal of money just to repair the furnace in addition for the need to wait on parts to arrive, and wit no idea what would happen with the A/C side of the system come spring. After some discussion we decided to replace the system. Jason quickly hooked us up with Sara who also quickly set us up an appointment for the very next day to receive a visit from a residential specialist to see about acquiring a new system. the specialist, Martin arrived on time the next day. He was also very nice, polite and very knowledgeable and went over all the systems that would work for our home, their operation, and cost. He also provided us with information on the rebates, discounts and warrenties for each one and all financing options. upon completion of the purchase process Martin was quick to se us up for installation the next morning which happened to be Sunday. On Sunday morning tech. Ronnie and Terry arrived with the new unit right on time. They were both very polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about their work. They did an outstanding job of replacing our old system with the new one and completed the entire process in less than five hours. In our opinion
Morris-Jenkins and staff are some of the best in the business. Mr. Jenkins told me...it would be that way and it was.

Great, thorough service during my semi-annual maintenance appointment with Ray. He explained everything to me and even showed me photos and videos of what he found. He was even able to make some repairs today and helped to schedule some follow up work for a room that hasn't been right since the house was purchased.

Had to replace entire HVAC system. Morris Jenkins sales staff, Chad Burns, came on a Saturday afternoon and told me that "of course we can do an install on Sunday". I was very happy with that since neither my husband nor I would need to miss a day of work. Alan & Andrey arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m. Sunday and immediately started work. The space where the system is located is so small I didn't know how they could work there. But they did. They worked non-stop all day. The work was finished up about 5:30 pm. They cleaned up the area, packed up their truck and left. Both men were polite, efficient, professional and personable. You couldn't ask for a better team. Morris Jenkins staff, both in the office and in the field, are exceptional. We have been very pleased with all their service over the past few years. Thank you Morris Jenkins.

We purchase our range from an appliance store with delivery and installation fee included. However due to corrosion of the inside gas line that connects to range and it being out dated their techs could not install my range. They told me I would have to call my gas company to shut off the gas and install a new gas line and valve. I called Morris *** they sent someone out within in 1 hour. Our tech, Terry L was great, he was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain a procedure to us (that we would understand) for solving a problem we had installing a gas range.

The people at Morris Jenkins really know how to run a business! We have always been treated with respect on the phone, and by the folks we have come in contact with for our heat and air semi-annual service checks. This year Chris and Nick performed the inspections. We ended up needing a new furnace (it was installed in the 90's), We decided to also replace the water heater with a tankless model. Billy came to give us an estimate and worked with our budget. The very next day Justin and Shawn arrived to install the water heater, Travis and Ben the furnace, and Trey to do the electric work. They worked tirelessly from 8 til 5, fixing what had been done wrong in the 90's, and installing our new systems. They remained cheerful under less than perfect circumstances. They educated us before they left on our new products. We feel safe and extremely happy with our experience. We have read the "Mr. Jenkins Says" book and want the company to know that every employee we dealt with concerning the furnace and water heater personifies the culture of the company described in that book. Mr. Jenkins appears to always be happy and loves his employees and they are happy and love working there. We have never dealt with a company we were so satisfied with. Would highly recommend!

Prom arrived promptly and was very professional in his demeanor. He was very respectful toward my house and furnishings. He put on his booties every time he entered the house. He even went into the crawl space and took pictures to make sure all of the duct work was in place. He did a thorough job and went over all of his findings with me.
