On time appointment. Very professional and personable service tech. Everything checked out and service thoroughly explained
My appointment was scheduled for 8AM. I received a text that Andrew T was scheduled to come. The technician A T came on time and did a fantastic job checking the heater in the attic, greasing the bearings, changing the filter, etc.. Mr T also checked the water heater to make sure there were no leaks, the water pressure was at the correct level. I would say that the 5 stars given for his work is truly worth it and Mr. T is truly an asset to Morris Jenkins.
Mark came 9/24 to do maintenance on my air cond and heating system. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything he did. He is kind and wanted to make sure my systems were working properly and safely. Thank you
I also thank the company for putting the technician's photo on my email and the map showing the technician's progress toward arriving at my home. It makes me feel safe

Andrew came out today to service my furnace. He was super friendly and replace the battery in my smoke detector without even having to use a ladder. He's an awesome guy I would highly recommend him. Thank you Andrew.
Recently bought a townhouse and called Morris Jenkins to inspect the HVAC system. Rob H was my technician. He called to estimate his arrival time, showed up on time and went right to work. He explained everything to me along the way and gave me some good maintenance tips. He performed a few minor repairs and gave my system a good bill of health. I am confident going into the heating season. Glad I called MJ and glad I got Rob.
I've been using Morris-Jenkins for a couple of years. Rob *** the service technician, came on the first service call and I have requested him each time. He gives excellent service, is respectful, explains what is going on, and does not try to sell me unnecessary repairs. I am completely satisfied with Morris-Jenkins' service and will continue to work with them. I am a Priority Advantage customer.

Morris Jenkins technician, Grant, was very thorough in explaining issues with our heating system. Provided an explanation of all scenarios possible to fix the problem. Very personable and would highly recommend Morris Jenkins.
I had Mr Jaxiver Lorenzi stopped by today to service and check my AC system and I have to say, out of all the technicians I have dealt with in the past, Mr. Lorenzi by far has exceeded any expectation by being very courteous, professional at what he does, respected our home by keeping everything nice and clean and he took his time going over the diagnostic and recommendation. I highly recommend him to everyone. I am also a real estate owner and I will make sure I use his services again for my personal home, and will recommend him to all my clients. I would rather use his services at my own time and expense, rather than use home warranty that keeps going in circles until the HW expires.

Evan and Cody were just wonderful and did a thorough, excellent job, as usual. The entire Morris Jenkins team is a winner. It's great they remind you about the need for smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, new batteries for your thermostat, and they always educate you about the condition of your heating and air conditioning in words even the elderly non-technician can understand. The guys were so kind and friendly, as well as totally professional. This is NOT "a

Another great experience with Morris-Jenkins. We had our annual furnace maintenance done this week and HVAC technician Tousont *** not only knows his stuff he's friendly, professional, and extremely trustworthy. With so many things to worry about as a homeowner, it's so nice not to have to worry about our heat/air system, we know Morris-Jenkins is always ready to help with any problem, large or small.
The service technician, Mark T, did an outstanding job. He took the time to explain what he was doing and was very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and patient with me. You could tell he loves his work. Did a wonderful job. Thank you, Mark

On Friday 9/6/19, after a service call on my AC system earlier which found numerous issues, potential and actual, Steve M came to my house to evaluate and recommend options. Steve patiently spent a couple hours at my house explaining/answering questions related to all the issues and pointed out numerous areas of incorrect installation of the current system which lessened efficiency and/or could lead to safety problems. I decided to replace the HVAC rather than patch it.
On Saturday morning, 4 guys showed up to do this job. I can't remember their names, but all were professional, polite and friendly as they worked. They answered questions, kept me updated on status of job and explained things I should know upon completion. They installed the new system and modified it to be correct for most efficiency. In the days I have been using the system, I've had to turn the AC down because it's too cold so there is definite difference. They took about 7 hours. Service call to installation was less than 24 hours.
Brandon G, electrician, came to check electrical side of this job and found and issue that needed corrected or inspection would fail. He was awesome, too, as he explained it all and that he would not be able to fix the problem that day but he returned the following Tuesday and took care of that.
As a now single parent homeowner trying to make best decisions for me and my girls, all these guys were so kind and patient and willing to answer questions and offer ways to keep all in optimal working order and protect life of the system. Thank you.
On Saturday 9/7/19, Jason V came to look at some plumbing concerns. Loved him- he's friendly, funny and willing to answer questions/offer suggestions for maintenance. Unfortunately, all was not well and I signed up for a new water heater and pressure valve. He has checked back in to see if the installation went off without a hitch.
Tony S came to do the install today, 9/14/19. It took about 3 hours. He and the young man that helped him were both friendly and responsive to numerous questions. They made sure everything was working before they left and showed me things I should be aware of.
