Service Technician Jacob King came out today for our annual maintenance service and we were very impressed. Jacob was transparent, thorough, courteous, and the consummate professional. He articulated the problem with our furnace clearly and presented our options along with his recommendation. I'm very pleased with our experience and I intend to ask specifically for Jacob moving forward.

Michael Simpson was very thorough and knowledgeable. He provided me with pictures and video of my system and clearly explained what I was looking at. He was courteous and respectful, and represented Morris-Jenkins well.

Mark T was my service technician on 12/15 & he was absolutely amazing, kind, & personable. He took the time to explain things to me (even going as far as drawing diagrams to explain things since I told him I am a visual learner). He did not rush through the process & instead was thorough & even wanted to know if there was anything else he could do to make sure I was satisfied. Prior to him leaving my home, he also took the time to set up my scheduling consult to have someone come analyze my home & lifestyle to see what Heat Pump/Air Handler would be best suited for me, my lifestyle, & my budget!! He went above & beyond & provided excellent customer service!! Also, he spoke so highly of working for Morris-Jenkins & how happy & satisfying being employed with this company has been. It's great to hear someone that truly enjoys their job & the company they work for!

My heat went out and I had heard and seen advertisements for Morris-Jenkins so I gave them a call. It was really easy to schedule an appointment for later that same day. My technician, Robert Hess, was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Overall, an excellent experience. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the cost for the repair. Very expensive and not the kind of thing you can really shop around for. For a 30 minute fix replacing a $50 part, cost me over $500. I don't know if these prices are inherent to the industry or not, but it seems way overpriced to me. But overall, many thanks to Morris-Jenkins for an excellent service call with an excellent technician.

We have been with Morris-Jenkins for a number of years now and happy ever since we made the switch. We have been told during the last two routine inspections that we need to replace our old system due to leaks.
My husband and I finally decided to look into this and met with sales representative Martin Barnett.
From the start to the end of our meeting, we felt extremely comfortable with him. First of all, he knew his "stuff". And he listened to everything we said. We never had a feeling being pushed by a sales person. He presented us our options and gave us his honest opinion (with easy to understand back-up) what he felt was best in our situation. He came across to us a very caring man. Thank you very much, Martin!

Yesterday, Brandon and TC showed up right on time at our door to install our new system. Really nice guys (as everybody with Morris-Jenkins). They gave us first a detailed run-down what they would be doing in the next 4-5 hours. Once, they done with the installation, they patiently explained everything to us. Everything was perfectly cleaned up before they left.

My latest experience with Morris-Jenkins was fantastic! I was having some issues with my furnace not kicking on and my service technician Rob H was incredibly knowledgeable and resolved all issues very quickly and efficiently. He took the time to clearly explain everything that was going on in a manner that was easily understandable. He was easily one of the most prof*ional vendors I've ever worked with and the help that he provided was greatly appreciated. Rob was awesome and because of his prof*ionalism, I will always be a Morris-Jenkins customer!

Enjoy Sherer rocks! He repaired my system. Great guy. His work was professional without the hype you get from other companies. Prompt, courteous and professional. He is truly an asset to the Morris-Jenkins organization.

Just had Jay S, a service technician with Morris Jenkins, come out to do our bi-annual check-up on our heating and air conditioning unit. He was on time, friendly, very efficient and helpful in explaining all that he was doing. He went above and beyond to make sure our vents were all operational and that the air flow in the ducts was adjusted to give us the correct output in our two story home for the seasonal temperature changes. He is an A-one technician.

Since the last review Morris Jenkins Installed a new 4 ton unit that heats our home incredibly. The time that Brent took to consider our home design, existing ducting was a welcomed surprise. Quality service and professionalism from top to bottom.
