This is my second experience with Morris Jenkin's specialists and it was as comforting , as professional, and pleasant as the first. Adam S has that rare quality of kindness and understanding taking the stress out of complicated potentially stressful heating issues. He and his Co workers are why Morris Jenkins has proven to me to be trustworthy and consistent. In these times integrity is not be taken lightly, and Morris Jenkins has shown that to me, and I say thank you.

Excellent customer service! Ethan called to alert us of his arrival time. We were sent a photograph to know who was coming. He wore a Morris-Jenkins uniform with name patch. He covered his shoes. He was very polite and courteous! He ran many tests. He took the time to explain everything he found in great detail and gave me options. I felt very confident that he was an expert and my home was in good hands! I am so happy with this company! Highly recommend!

Our technician' s name isTerry L. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and took care of our problems. He answered all of our questions in language we could easily understand.

We had our furnace replaced by Morris Jenkins on 1/24. We were given what we perceived to be a very fair price along with good terms for service and maintenance. All the reps that we worked with from pricing (Billy) to installation (Alan and Andrey) were very professional, personable and helpful. It's a pleasure to work with a company that is so responsive and helpful to their customers.

Morris-Jenkins has, for many years, been a source of friendly, courteous, and professional technicians and service personnel. I've experienced nothing less from all who have performed maintenance checks and repair services for not only mine and my wife's house but my mother's house as well. Particularly throughout the past several months, between these two houses, I've experienced work performed in multiple areas including the AC unit, furnace, water heater, plumbing for shower and toilets, and even smoke detector replacements. I regret not leaving reviews for work that I've witnessed throughout 2019 and 2020; however, I wish to express thanks to all involved in those jobs and services, including the most recent visit from Demarius R on 01-22-2020 (2:00 to 5:00 window). Regarding the e-mail associated with that service-call, there are many other technicians (whose names are not in front of me at this moment) to whose managers I hope I can relay a word of thanks. Thanks to all who have served us and Mom.

Mike D was exceptionally knowledgeable and efficient as usual in resolving my concerns. Your lady (Nancy, I believe) was "on the ball" in scheduling D visit at just the right time.

Gary was amazing. Spent all the time needed to do the safety check on our system. In addition we talked about how outdated our smoke detectors were. Gary explained the Nest Pro smoke and CD system. Not only did he take the time to explain but also installed the system. We appreciate Gary's time and attention he gave us this morning. Fantastic experience all the way around.

The professionalism of all involved in our latest project was again top notch from the Texhnicians who came out first, to the Residential Specialist, to all of the installers. They were thorough, took the time to explain what was going on and fielded my questions. They even completed the work over an hour earlier than the estimate.
I feel comfortable using Morris-Jenkins as my go to HVAC source.

Bragging about technicians Ed S and Ivan F! I wasn't expecting to enjoy the company of the two technicians who serviced our three units today. After all, it's just a routine "service." But they were delightful! They entered our home with smiles and sensitive and listened for any clues from us that would direct their assessment. We learned a lot about our units, and with the photos, we could understand their recommendations. It was also good to hear about prevention not just problems. Noticeable was that Ed and Ivan seemed to genuinely enjoy working together - both playful, respectful, and knowledgeable! Furnace stopped working in middle of the night. Called Morris-Jenkins at 6:00am & they scheduled an 8:00am appointment. Technician arrived a few minutes early. VERY professional, knowledgeable & efficient. Analyzed the problem, explained it in terms we easily understood and commenced the repair. He kept us informed during the repair explained all he had done when he finished. We have been with Morris-Jenkins for years & will never change companies for all our HVAC & plumbing needs. 5-Stars.

Our experience with Morris Jenkins started with Andrew F coming out to talk with us and diagnose the problem with our heating units. He was very knowledgeable and patient to show us and explain to us the problems we were facing.
Then Nick B came out to go over costs with us and explain our different option levels. There were no "pushy" sales pitches and we did not feel any pressure from him. He was very knowledgeable regarding their different option levels and made us feel comfortable with our choice.
The installation crew, Brian and his team, came and did a very neat and thorough job of installing the attic and the outside downstairs unit.
All members of Morris Jenkins were respectful of our property and all the work, from beginning to end, was done in a very timely manner.
We would definitely use this company again. Thank you Morris Jenkins!
