We just bought our new home in December. When we woke up this morning, our heat pump was making weird noises and emitting a burning smell. We called Morris Jenkins and Ethan came out ASAP. He eased our anxiety right off the bat. He explained everything thoroughly without making us feel inadequate for knowing zero about heat pumps or AC. He was personable, friendly, and a joy to work with. After having Ethan come out to our house and fix our heat pump, we'll definitely be using Morris Jenkins moving forward. Way to go, Ethan! We sincerely appreciate your help this morning!

I was highly impressed with the quick turnaround from the initial call, receiving a quote and having the tankless water heater installed in a matter of 24 hours all of these items were completed. They work in teams and I had three gentlemen on my team (e.g. Jason, Shawn & the electrician). Each of them had their designated role but it was obvious they work well together and the timing mechanism was perfect in completing each task. They even removed my existing water heater from the attic, drained in and capped it off. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat to anyone who wants 100% customer satisfaction and knowing the job is completed right the first time. They are definitely a AAA+++ rating in my book. Thanks for ALL YOU DO in helping others! I felt safe and reassured in going to sleep that night!!!

Sam and the whole crew came out to my home this morning at 9:30am, smiling ear to ear and was ready to get to work. Sam walked around the house and walked me through the entire process, asking great questions and took future projects and my families needs into consideration whe. Preparing to start this huge job of ripping my entire home while adding filtration and a tankless waterheater. Surely these guys couldn't finish this huge job in one day......BUT THEY DID!!!!!! The work was nothing shy of perfect. I am loving all my new equipment and how fast the job was done. Thank you Morris Jenkins for such a great experience. I will be a life long customer

Mack P from Morris Jenkins did a good job with our Seasonal Maintenance today. He arrived on time, communicated before arriving when he would be there, was very courteous and friendly, and overall was just a very knowledge and likable fellow.

We have had a few other seasonal maintenance done in the past and it has always been a pleasant, hassle-free experience.

I would recommend Morris Jenkins as a company and Mack P as a technician.

For more then 10 years Morris-Jenkins services our HVAC system to our satisfaction. When natural gas came to our neighborhood, I decided to convert my water heater to a tank less gas heating system, my fireplace to a gas fireplace and my range to a gas range. For me, it was a big plumbing job requiring to install a complete gas installation and to modify the existing water installation. When the day for the installation came, Morris-Jenkins showed up with a larger crew and performed the installation in one day. Every one on the job was very professional and I can give them only the best review! After 2 days, when the inspection was done and the gas meter was installed, I called them and they came back within hours to finished the job. Again, the technicians were very professional and made sure everything was working right for us. I would hire these guys anytime again. All of them were very helpful and professional. Great Job guys!!

Bad experience & compounded by more lies
My tankless water heater wouldn't work. I called Morris Jenkins, they said they would send out someone to fix it. He arrived promptly. The tech didn't have a nut driver to open the heater housing. I lent him one. once open he had no idea at all. This tech didn't know how to use a volt meter. He put one probe on the ground wire and one to the frame and proceeded to tell me there was no power going to the unit. He called the manufacturer support line but they gave up on him. I was charged a trip charge of $95.45. I called their office, was put in touch with his supervisor. He apologized, said he was the wrong tech to send out. He was to talk to the dispatcher who for some strange reason caught the blame and he would refund my charge. That was 14 days ago & there is no refund processed. My recommendation, go elsewhere. They not only misrepresent but then compound the problem with more lies.

Desired Outcome

Give my money back as you promised.

I have been dealing with Morris Jenkins for several years now and when I have a problem with either one of my units its not to long that I have to wait until a tech comes and finds out the trouble with it. I am a priority one customer and to me it is worth it. Thank you a satisfied customer.

We called in for service on our water heater and were scheduled the same day. A "technician tracker" was sent via email which allowed us to see a picture of the technician, and the window of time he was expected to arrive, along with a map tracker. Terry L came within the time and called 30 minutes before to let us know he was coming. Terry was very personable, and satisfactorily resolved the issue we were having. We will continue to use Morris Jenkins for our plumbing and AC needs because we trust they always give us good service.
