Ray, my service technician was prompt. I asked him to wash his hands as he entered my house, and he seemed excited and wished all homes would ask that in the midst of the virus. He performed his work efficiently and in a timely manner re-entered, again washing up, before explaining to me all the services performed. All in all, excellent service from Ray and Morris Jenkins.

Great technicians; courteous; helpful; professional. During the virus issues, Shaun called and gave me information by phone. He did not come into the house but completed the maintenance outside and kept me updated by phone. I felt so safe but my system was maintained.

Every single time they say something different is wrong
We have paid 19.99 a month for 2 years for their maintenance and they always find something wrong. Was not told about potentially harmful rusted coil that is crumbling but was sold an air purifier and electrical work that cost 1800 dollars. Not more than 3 months later during their routine maintenance they show me pictures of a coil that looks like it should have been replaced years ago and when I ask why weren't we told about this BEFORE we spent 1800 dollars on repairs we didn't need if this was the case all the technicians could say is I don't know and now they are saying we need a new unit that costs 10,000 dollars. We tell them no and the first time we turn on the air conditioner it doesn't work now.

We will also be glad to send someone back to their house to do a Quality check and confirm the technician's findings. Our *** Manager was asked to call back after 5:00pm today. He will do that and try to resolve this issue with them. We want to correct the situation if it's not right and put the customer at ease.

Spoke with a field supervisor and he agreed to cancel out priority advantage membership and refund the cost of their last visit minus the air scrubber because we are keeping that
I would definitely recommend Morris-Jenkins. Their technicians are highly qualified, courteous, and professional. We have used them for many years now. Our recent technician, Jaken, was awesome. He took his time and performed his semi-annual maintenance on our systems in a thorough and excellent manner. He also changed all of our filters and smoke alarm batteries. Morris-Jenkins is certainly an honest and reputable company that you can trust and they do a fabulous job.

Morris Jenkins has been monitoring and servicing my HVAC needs for over 10 years. The technicians are knowledgeable, efficient and take the time necessary to explain/answer questions. I just had my air conditioning replaced and the team did an exceptionally good job. Very thorough.

I would recommend Morris Jenkins to anyone. Their Tech were knowledgeable, kind, honesty and very respectful. Samuel/Corey. The did a wonderful, amazing job at my home in replacing an old water heater and duct work.
They were on time and finish the job in a timely manner. They clean up and it was like they were never there.
Rue also did a great job informing me of what needed to be done.
All the gentlemen from Morris Jenkins took very good care of me and had my issues fixed in less than 24 hour and the price was very reasonable!
If you have issues with plumbing, heating they are the ones for the job!

Highly recommend! Morris Jenkins has always taken great care of our HVAC and plumbing needs. We had our A/C checked this week, and Allen was quick to review and suggest repairs. They are honest and let you know the immediate needs, and those they will monitor over time. This is a group you can really trust!

Beware of this company. Had Priority Advantage Service and became suspicious last year when they tried to sell me a fan motor outside for $600 when it was working fine. This year, they come out for heat maintenance, and try to charge me $3000 to replace my evaporator coil on an 8 year old high-end Carrier AC unit. I was suspicious and talked to Carrier who noted they have had numerous complaints from other consumers about Morris Jenkins and connected me with a Certified Carrier Repair company in my area. I was not a customer of this firm and had no affiliation. They were awesome, came out, checked the fan motor and the evaporator coil - THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG !!! So $3600 worth of repairs they tried to sell me !!! I became suspicious that day when the tech had to "call his supervisor" and I overheard him speaking to him about "I don't see much wrong" but then came back with the upsetting tactic. I have open complaints and investigations on them with NC Consumer Affairs Department, Carrier Corporation, and the Revdex.com - STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS !!!!

First class sales and service. Salesman took a lot of extra time to size a new gaspack system to replace our old one. He also went point by point explaining the differences between competitive offerings. Install crew was there the next day- extremely professional.
M-J is not the cheapest, but with an investment you hope to only have to make once, you get what you pay for.

Had paid over $800 in past year on unnecessary services and service contract. They tried to force me into buying $3000 of repairs not needed
Last Summer and most recently on March 7th, we had two service calls. In Summer, technician tried to sell me a $500 compressor fan motor which was not needed. He then told me my Freon was low, which we later found out he overcharged system and had to make a sale. This past March, as part of furnace tune up, technician felt it was necessary to try to sell me a new evaporator cool for $2500. We questioned the company as this was not the first time they tried to up sell something to me. Each time they come, the technician disappears for 10-15 mins to talk to his supervisor after the service call is done but before they talk with customer. I believe this is so they can figure out what pet to get over making me pay for. First time was a $375 repair for a replacement capacitor which I did myself for $19.
When they came in March this year, the repair person told me my evaporator coil was leaking Freon. The repair was $3000. What was even more suspicious is he offered to reduce the price if I also did the fan motor he tried to sell me last summer !
We had Carrier corporation ( maker of unit) give us another certified repair company to come out and assess the system fully for us. They found nothing wrong with the compressor fan motor, it was putting out the factory level of amps, and had no signs of leaking oil despite what the Morris tech said. Further, I was with him and he went over entire evaporator coil with high end leak detector. Not a single link. further, he told me it would show oil on the coil if even the smallest leak, not a drop of oil.
I spoke to the supervisor at Morris Jenkins, "Travis" who was completely rude and told me he was unwilling to refund my service contract and previous Freon repair at a total refund of $800. The Carrier tech also noted that they had overcharged the system and could have damaged it, meaning the $150 Freon charge was also bogus.
This company is fraudulent, dishonest, and should have their license pulled in state of NC. I want a full refund of $800 for my service charges, damages, and refund of service contract ASAP.
$800 cash refund ASAP.

Mr. first reached out to us on March 13, 2020. He explained to our Contact Center representative that he was upset over a service call from last August as well as his Maintenance visit from March 8, 2020. The technician offered some repair options on a leaking evaporator coil he found while performing the heat maintenance. The contact center passed *** the message to one of our HVAC Service Supervisors, Travis. Travis returned his call within 10 minutes.
Mr. had another company out after our visit on March 8 and claimed that company found no issues with his evaporator coil. Mr. wanted the money returned from the refrigerant we added last August and the cost of his maintenance agreement for 2019.
Travis offered to have another Service Supervisor come back out to perform a Quality Check. He also offered to refund his money he spent on refrigerant from last August if the coil did not have a leak. Mr. declined to have us come back out.
I'm sorry this customer feels we are being dishonest and fraudulent. We wouldn't have been in business since 1958 if this was our company's practice. We are still willing to verify the findings with one of our Supervisors as well as meeting the other company out there. We will pay the trip charge for the other company to come out. We want to correct a situation if it's not right and put the customer's fears at ease. Please let us know if Mr. would like to do that.
I have attached pictures of the leaking evaporator coil that our technician took as well as a short video of the leak test. His meter will start to beep faster when there is a leak detected.

It's obvious this company does not want to do the right thing. The video they provided is of a sub-standard tester which is known in the HVAC industry for providing false readings. They also failed to address the faulty *** motor they said was bad, which is documented by a certified *** technician as operating correctly. They are forced by their supervisors to "sell" something on every visit. They are a fraud. I'm not interested in having them come into my house to offer another set of lies. We already have the system fully checked out by an adequate *** certified technician as opposed to some incompetent fraudster at ***. I want the $800 I was charged for fraudulent service and repairs or I will continue to destroy them on every social media outlet, the HVAC industry, ***, the consumer protection bureau and the Revdex.com.
Thanks for passing *** Mr. response. I'm sorry to hear he feels this way. Since we have attempted to settle this with the customer the correct way multiple times and he is unwilling to give us the opportunity to do so, we will issue him a refund of $757.10. This includes his payments for his Priority Advantage membership for 2019 and so far in 2020 as well as the Refrigerant repair from August 2019. The request is being made today, but please allow about a week for the check to arrive. We wish him well with his new contractor.
It was time for our semi-annual maintenance visit. The work was done by Joey F, who impressed us with his friendly and professional conduct. He is a great asset to your company. The job was done with no inconvenience to us. We have no qualms about recommending Morris-Jenkins to our friends and neighbors and have done so a few times already. Keep up the good work.
