First time customer, and I will definitely be using their services again. I walked into my house today and recognized my heat wasn't working and it was 56 degrees inside! (of course on the only day it snows!). They originally weren't able to fit me in until tomorrow, but I called later and they had an opening for an hour later, which of course I took! My technician Robert was so nice and approachable and made me feel comfortable. Definitely going to recommend Morris Jenkins to all my friends in need.

Always great service from Adam S He's always on time and so nice. I really like how we seem to end our service calls talking about our love of motorcycles.

We enjoy being Priority Advantage members and feel this is also a great perk to have when dealing with this company. Today Bobby D. was our service person- the bi-annual review was done on time! Since we are adding some new equipment to our home, Nick B. also visited with a very informative review of what we wanted to do and answered all our questions to make us feel comfortable as we move forward. Great company to deal with!

I must admit I had reservations after reading some reviews. But I went with them because coming from a business background I know some people can never be satisfied, but I digress, Abraham and his helper Shay were professionals who were trained properly and got right to work once they assessed the challenge in front of them. They explained every move to make me be at ease. They told me how they exceed code regulations and use quality parts. It didn't take long for them to win me over and exceed my expectations. Its obvious that your company cares for its workers and respects them. Bravo

AMAZING! Best company we ever called. They sent us "Taylor Mc" and we couldn't be happier. So professional... so polite and extremely knowledgeable. Didn't use big words... explained everything to us and resolved our situation painlessly! "JC" also came and used his camera to confirm everything was good. Andy P did a very thorough job maintaining and checking my HVAC system and checking my carbon monoxide/smoke alarms and hot water heater. He made reasonable suggestions and even scheduled a plumber to advise me on a hot water heater issue. I was very pleased with Andy's professionalism and helpfulness. Can he come the next time I schedule my yearly maintenance?

Morris-Jenkins Priority Advantage Membership is well worth the monthly investment. We just had our unit serviced today by Michael D and he did an exceptionally phenomenal job. You can tell he cares about his customers and making sure that their heating/cooling unit & home are in tip-top shape. He even went above & beyond when he say two pieces of vinyl siding popped out of place and a clock reset in the crawlspace from a power outage. By far the best member of the Morris Jenkins team we have had out. We would be honored to have him out again in the future!

Nick was great. He assessed our situation and helped us decide what to do next. Our unit stopped working and I called him and he came back to help us out right away. He was a blessing to our family tonight.

We can always count on Mike S. to problem-solve and troubleshoot. Mike illustrates every issue with our home by showing videos, diagrams and by offering clear explanations. In addition, he offers reasonable and targeted solutions to meet our budget and goals. Mike performs his job like Morris Jenkins is his company. Andrew M serviced our dishwasher that was not draining properly. He was very courteous, punctual, and resolved our issue very quickly and economically. He was great!

Larry and Andrew replaced the faucets and diverter valves in 2 bathrooms. I was glad they were able to obtain the parts and perform the replacement on these older bathrooms. The service was excellent! These guys were the best!
