I am no longer an active consultant with this
companyAnd after several attempts to contact them and get this resolved, they still have not transferred my credit on my account (in the amount of $500.65) to my bank accountIt is a refund for product I returned to the company back in August of I want this money refunded ASAP to my bank account (SAC Federal Credit Union) that is on file with the company

They still can not verify if payments have been sentI keep getting "i will verify with accounting" and after trying to call yesterday and being hung up on two separate times because they can not give me an answer I will be forwarding this information to my lawyer Waiting days after waiting is absurd since no one can give me answers So until this is resolved I want to leave this open as $6,000+ is what they owe me

I only have 2 days to respond before this case is closed out, and want to make a note before it's too late. I want to say the company did reach out and said a replacement was sent but I haven't received anything yet. I have been holding off on writing this response hoping I would get something in the mail, but I have been lied to in the past so I'm not so ready to trust them. I'm hoping there is just a delay in mailing and I receive something soon...
