Two out of the four One Size replacement
pair of leggings sent do not fit me well. Having been told to send back torn leggings to LuLaRoe Consultant, I paid for shipping damaged product back to consultant and have not been compensated for the shipping price

I am rejecting this response because: It is ridiculous that it takes this long to issue refund checks when it only took days to sort through boxes of hundreds of pieces of clothing to approve the refund It has been more than days since I received my email approving the refund When I hand write my personal checks, it only takes about a minute to write the check and hand address an envelope I could literally process hundreds of checks a day myself handwriting them Therefore, I would be able to process over 6,checks if only writing per day in the past days all by myself How many checks does LuLa Roe process daily? How many others are waiting for refunds?

*** contacted me a couple days after I lodged my complaint , I had tried to update the Revdex.com I couldn't access the original so I emailed the Revdex.com *** was great she was so nice and helpful , I missed her call and when I emailed her she called back within minutes She asked about the clothes I had and said she would like to send out replacements she even asked what types of patterns and colors I most like I haven't received my packages yet but she has definitely made me feel much better about staying loyal to the brand and once the package arrives I feel my faith in LuLaRoe will be fully restored thanks to *** She explained they have changed manufacturers and was honest that there had been an issue LuLaRoe is lucky to have *** on their team

Ignore the customer until you can clam wear and tear? And as for wear and tear? Is that what you call ONE time and they FALL APART and don't you even try to came back with I'm too big for themI fit os and get tc for lengthThere is no stretchYour company knows the highly questionable quality of your products and yet you still sell sell sellYou never return a customers faulty clothingI will not just drop thisYour sizing is never trueSome tear the first time women try them on and you selfish people wash your hands of itIt is disgustingOne time wear is not wear and tear and you ignoring a customers plea for help to make time go by shouldn't be allowedYour response is rude and exactly what I would expect from your establismentYou are criminals and I hope the Revdex.com take a moment to look on the Internet for the thousands of people like me who spend over for ONE pair of leggings and they fall apart while they are wearing them the first timeI won't be contacting you personally this will continue through hereCase yet again NOT closed
