I am rejecting this response because: We were referred to the Returns Department by T.E.A.MManagement to complete the process, but again, after two weeks and multiple e-mails, we have received no response as to how to complete this process or where we stand in relation to a time frame It is very disconcerting that LuLaRoe continues to ignore our e-mails while we continue to wait for our money to come back to us It would be greatly appreciated to receive a response regarding our Return Authorization number Ideally, we would like to complete the entire process within the next week as we have been waiting for six weeks now to send back our merchandise
