I purchased a pair of shoes for my god son on Aug 2, that the store set up to be delivered no later than Aug 14, The tracking information stated the shoes were delivered on the 14th but my god son never received the sonsI called Finishline's customer cr only to be told that an attempt was made to deliver it but they could not because it was an undeliverable address, which is impossible because I have sent packages to the address beforeThe shoes were sent back to corporate warehouse without informing or changing the order statusCustomer care apologized and then assured me they will send another pair of shoes to the closes store to the orinial addressA few days later I called to check the order and they told me they meant to call me and inform me the shoe was no longer availabel and they had started the refund processI asked to speak at a manager and I was told all the managers were in a meeting at 7pm
As of today I still have yet to receive my refund and when I asked to speak to a manager about receiving my refund today or tomorrow I was told all of the managers were busy in a meeting in in the afternoon
This company is dimissive and disrespectful to their customersManagers Eric, Mercy, Coralyn and Julius were too busy to fix a problem their company createdThis was my first time using their in store shipping service and the last time I will be a customer of finishline
On Saturdays are the new Jordan release daysI ordered a pair of shoes, check my bank statement & notice I was charged times for pair of shoe total $I called Finish Line store to see what I could do since I tried to reach customer service for 5hrsThe store said they didn't know what to do but was sure I should call customer serviceHours later I finally got a hold of them(after waiting on hold mins) the lady said their systems had a glitch and got mad when I asked her other questions and she hung up on meI continued to call but it wouldn't go through, after another hours of being on hold someone answered I asked to speak with the manager she said nun was availableShe then told me I was NOT getting the shoes I ordered because they were sold out and that it would be days before I get a refund of any of my money and that they didn't care about overdraft on my account because that was MY business and not Finish Line'sI'm very upset, it has been days and still no answer to when I will get my money for sure! Ill NEVER order anything else from them!

When buying ANYTHING from Finish Line, make sure you check, check and triple check what they sign you up for! Soon after I purchased a pair of shoes, I started receiving several issues of Sports IllustratedOn calling up Sports Illustrated, I was informed that Finish Line had signed me up for issues of Sports Illustrated (~$50) as well as Sports Illustrated KIDS ($11)Apparently, when Finish Line gets your signature for the purchase, there is FINE PRINT around signing you up for Sports IllustratedThis is a BLATANT scam which they call "promotion"If I were you, I would NEVER purchase anything from Finish Line EVER

I bought a pair Nike Air Max print running shoesRight after placed the order, I called the service rep and tried to cancel itWell, it didn't happen even though the order has been on processingWhen I got receipt, I was charged with shipping&handling, which should be free when order was over $Nightmare started
When I got the shoes, left and right didn't match, I almost though it could be a fashion or something, then I double checked web site, it was not the case, they came from two modelsFinish line packed wrong shoes in a box and funny thing was they did pay attention to match the sizeI took shoes back to a local store and just wanted to return it Then I got into tax mismatch and unwilling refund S&H issues I had to talk the web site rep over the phone and really showed my unhappiness on this processI did manage to get every penny back at the end after wasting an hourConclusion I don't recommend this shop to anyone
