Having to have to seek an attorney for a simple matter suggest that something is wrongIt's a recording of me and their representative not a third partyWhat privacy are they suggesting when it's I that want to hear the discussion? They still refuse ti keep their end and have a bunch of stupid reason whyI have seen a ton of complaints on this company for the same reason as usTold them I will remove them off our other cars their respond was you can but we hate for you to not be covered due to a lossWell I stated back what do you call this then? This is a loss and you refuse to pay

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] The letter I received indicates that the reason for there being otherwise taxable earnings on the distribution which were not considered taxable in is due to the outstanding loan on my 401k accountIt is comprised of a very small sum that was loaned to me from the after-tax portion, with the rest being pre-taxFidelity considers this a "cost basis" that much be reached before the earnings that are distributed from the after-tax portion of my account are taxable in a given yearWhat I still want to know is, what amount Fidelity considers is left of this "cost basis" with my current after-tax portion of my 401k loan before any earnings on the account are taxable? I got a response from you guys today stating Fiditlity wanted me to contact them within business daysI soon as I got the message, I tried calling them and they stated they can not talk to me and hung upWell I called back again and they did the same thingSo I don't know how they want me to contact them within days if they keep hanging up on mePlease reach out to meThank you
