My original complaint is in regards to the misleading information about the availability of Fidelity's customer serviceI find the lack of care, concern, and utter disregard for your customers reprehensibleThen to insult me by saying you cannot discuss this with the Revdex.com? What a jokeThere is no personal information, just your lies about your availability of customer service.

I received a generic response letterI expected a person to call me, and offer realistic solutions, such as what initial representative indicated.The level of customer service, mis information and hassles pertaining to this issue makes it further disappointing that I would receive such a response.Confidentiality & security are very important values that we both shareTrust, common sense and customer service are attributes I am looking for from Fidelity, which cannot be achieved in a generic letter. I cannot accept letter this as a viable response to my concerns or in rectification of my concerns.Regards,
