I never received an answer to
my letter to them regarding there system malfunction or the credit that the system generate that could be in the millions of dollars if I did not detected ,they do not want to answer any of my findings there system is a disaster.

Of course Fidelity refuses to respond to my complaintJust like the refuse to do anything tonreinstate my beneficiary they deleted from my accountIs fidelity in the practice of deleting people's beneficiaries so they can steal people's money or what? I see Fidelity has a TERRIBLE rating with the Revdex.com and I know exactly why! Because you all have terrible business practices!

Fidelity has yet to deliver any follactivity that they had promised me prior to the Revdex.com complaint The unauthorized roll-over is still sitting there There have been no contact from Fidelity following the Revdex.com complaint.The response from Fidelity appears to be a delay and ignore technique ?

For the past months I've been trying to resolve my issue and get some sort of explanation to my question and concern without any results. Finally on Friday August 26th they had a customer service representative call me without any resolution to my concerns. Unfortunately they have failed to resolve and answer my questionAt this point I feel that they refuse to look into my issue and question because they want to cover up their mistake
