Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I have already provided them ample opportunity to resolve my concern and they have failed to do so Being patient and waiting for an issue to correct itself is not an acceptable resolution No one at Fidelity has proactively reached out to me and they have not demonstrated any honesty, sincere empathy or integrity They hide behind "privacy agreements" for my "protection", but it is just a rouse to avoid formally addressing the matter which can be used as evidence in any future litigation Privacy is for them, not me since I am the one reaching out and waiving these rights as it pertains to this particular matterI do not accept their response as valid at all Regards, [redacted] ***
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Fidelity’s practices and policies regarding fees on this account are deceptive, without notice, and only serve the purpose of draining an account held in cash I believe this is a fraudulent business practice for an account with medical funds meant to last through retirement; with Fidelity’s fees, the account would be drained to zero by retirement just because of feesI am only asking for the recent fees to be refunded totaling $60, a reasonable request, so that I may find another provider who does not charge fees for a cash account Regards, [redacted]

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to mePlease review the attached documents with date stamps showing a timeline of the snail mail communicationIt is because of my insurance company [redacted] , and my finance company, [redacted] Financial that the documents could not get sent directly to your department via email or faxIf that was an option this matter would have been resolved soonerI waited too long for this and have not been able to purchase a new vehicle since hurricane Harvey because of this issueI should have never been involved with this claimIt should have only been my insurance company [redacted] , [redacted] Financial, and GAP insurance companyMy agent forwarded the documents to me instead of sending them straight to your office back in August

You not going to have me just call in so you can tell the same thing that I was already told and get away with it! This situation is going to be taken care of within this BBB investigation!
