There has been no attempt to resolve the actual issuePlease see the details in my previous response to this businessThe issue remains that I cannot access my financial account without changing my information each and every time and that option is not always available which leaves me with times where I cannot access my financial account with my retirement savingsThis company is unwilling to resolve the issue as you see in their responsePlease close this complaint as unresolved. This is the same response I receive from Fidelity everytime I call For a month now they have been telling me they will call me I have yet to receive a single call Why will no one call me? They are holding my money and continue to keep me in the dark as to why they are not allowing me visability or access to it Simply telling me they will call me is no longer acceptable I need to speak to someone who will explain to me what is going on and explain to me why I can not have access to my own moneyI think my request is simple and reasonable

NAC has made several attempts to explain to Ms.*** why her claim was denied. Per her last Revdex.com response, she has contacted an attorney and they instructed Ms*** not to speak with NAC. As for Ms***'s claim with NAC, the failed parts(Navigation/Radio Unit) requested by Lexus of Richmond, are not covered items on her NAC vehicle service contract.
