The business did NOT resolve my issue and did nothing to fix the problem I am not satisfied with this outcome and I want from fidelity a refund of dollars which is the comission that I paid for trades

I GOT NUMEROUS TEXT MESSAGES AND ROBO CALLS FROM THE SERVICE THAT FIDELITY HIRED TO NOTIFY ME OF A FRAUD ALERT. I NEVER GOT TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON. THE CALLS AND TEXT MESSAGES NEVER IDENTIFIED THAT THIS WAS REGARDING MY FIDELITY ACCOUNT. IT LOOKED LIKE A SCAM TO ME SO I DELETED THE TEXTS AND THE ROBOT VOICE MAIL MESSAGES. I GOOGLED THE PHONE NUMBER THAT CALLED ME AND I SAW NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS WHERE OTHER PEOPLE GOT SIMILAR CALLS FROM THE SAME NUMBER AND THEY BELIEVED THAT IT WAS A SCAM.

This is my written permission to share my information with the Revdex.com Since posting this complaint I have spo*** with *** who still refuses to resolve my issue, she has hung up on me twice now As of today I spoke with her boss, *** *** who now wants me to drive all the way to Glendale to scan in my driver's license I ALREADY BROUGHT MY DRIVER'S LICENSE IN TO THE SCOTTSDALE BRANCH!!!

A letter was received at my mom's house stating their denial of the Power of Attorney - due to Multiple Attorneys-in-fact. Asking her to redo the POA. Ok, my mom is NOT of sound mind and lacks capacity, she is unable to legally modify anything at this point in her life. I have explained that. So again we have a legal power of attorney and are the stewards of my mom's money, but Fidelity will not allow us to access mom's account. We tried to make the RMD for 2017, as required by the IRS, and Fidelity refuses to let us satisfy the requirement even though the POA is legal, thus resulting in a penalty for and every year from now on.

Issue is not resolved; Fidelity is holding my money and refusing to give me access or send my money earned in my checking accountThis is not only ethical but illegal practices
