Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Since I have received this reply from Fidelity no one has tried to contact me, and no one has contacted me from Fidelity since I filed this complaint While I have missed calls on my phone, none of them have left voicemails, so if they are from Fidelity no messages are being left asking me to return their call Furthermore, this reply in no way, shape or form even remotely asked me reach out to Fidelity to finalize this matter In addition, nothing in this response from Fidelity did anything to resolve my issue of unlocking my account And finally, my original complaint was received by Fidelity with days left in last week's business week when I asked to have this issue resolved by last Friday, February and nothing I had asked for had been completed It is now full weeks (business days) since I first contacted Fidelity about this matter, that on my fist call was told would be resolved in business days I ask that this situation be resolved immediately before any further action needs to be taken as Fidelity is literally holding my money hostage at this point and obviously in no rush to do anything about it Regards, [redacted] ***

How much longer does Fidelity need to "research" the issue? An entire calendar month isn't enough time? How in the world could it take over a month to determine if there has been an issueIf I needed this money to pay my mortgage and feed my family we would be homeless and in the hospital for malnutritionWhy can't Fidelity just move my money to a different account number so I can regain access to itThat's what the banking industry does when they are concerned about potential fraudulent activity on an accountIn addition, why does it take over a month to receive a phone call updating me on the status? I'm still waiting on that call I was promised a month agoDoes Fidelity not care that I'm concerned about my hard earned money? Why can't they have someone call me just once per week with an update so I at least can feel comfortable that progress is being made to get me access to my own money?This is unbelievable that I have to communicate through the Revdex.com in order to get a response from FidelityRegards, [redacted]

I was expressly told by Fidelity's Mr [redacted] that there was no other manager or supervisor higher than him with whom I could talk and seek redress of this stated issueIf Mr [redacted] 's assertion were not indeed the truth of the matter, I request Fidelity provide information to me regarding who else I should call instead of Mr [redacted] as he was quite clear he was not willing or would not be able to make me whole in this aggrieved issue Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I have attached a copy of the original purchase contract that I requested cancellation for, of which the merchant refused to complyJust two weeks ago, I received a deed for a downgraded package, from Life Time Unlimited Timeshare use to a Tenured 36-year use ending I have no clue how this was determinedThe merchant basically went from refusing to cancel my purchase upon request to now attempting to sell me something that was not in the contractHad the claims processor been reachable several attempts I made before finalizing the claims and deciding in the merchant's favor, I would have made her aware of this new developmentFidelity's response does not provide any resolutionInstead, intent to contact me directly has been statedI will await the contact and update the Revdex.com afterwards Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Per counsel from Fidelity representatives (i.e., [redacted] and *** [redacted] ), I believe that I was misinformed or they were not fully aware of how this service worked Per ***, my funds would be "transferred" into the Tax Managed service / account, not "liquidated" I would never have agreed to liquidating my investments and incurring such a large tax impact I trusted [redacted] and his recommendations It was [redacted] recommendations (vsservice prospectus / fine print) that drove my decision to proceed Furthermore, per ***, in his experience, a majority of the funds invested in Fidelity's Tax Managed Services are from cash, not prior investments It is for these reasons that I am not satisfied with Fidelity's response Regards, [redacted]
