It was a blessing how endurance helped me through my struggling time. I forget the guy's name but he deserves 10 stars.
Thank you
Luther
This company lies from the very beginning. Wants a inspector for a covered part on the contract because its not an exclusion on the Supreme Contract. I paid in full on time my warranty policy and I have been heavily inconvenienced because an inspector has to go to the dealership only to find out the same thing the technician said. That the servomotor in the ac unit is bad and the code even confirms it. But instead of approving the work im now waiting for probably a reason to deny my claim for some crazy reason. Reps are rude and they will not tell you before you buy the warranty an inspector wil be calle out 100 percent of the time. After multiple calls a rep Steve Karras assured me the supervisor in claims would call the dealership and approve an alternative inspection by allowing techs to take pictures and send then to claims for an approval. After waiting for a few hours I now find out that they denied that request which confirms they are trying to deny my claim on something NOT excluded. There is NO reason to delay this over a 200 dollar part and labor. They act like they know more about my vehicle than an actual *** technician! They stated they need to find out the cause....how is that when its a electrical component that is known to go out just like anything else. This is a scam...do NOT go with this company. They ill find any way to deny you and lie. They only have A ratings because they are soft and sweet to sell the plan...but read further and you will see the negatives are denials of claims. It doesnt take a genius to read the exclusions and see its not there!
On 11/23, a representative from *** of Orlando contacted the Endurance Claims department to file a claim for repairs on the consumer's vehicle. The repair facility reported failures to the damper servo, with an estimate totalling to approximately $1800. Due to the severity of the failure, an independent third party inspector was dispatched to confirm the failures reported by the repair facility.
As 11/23 was a Friday, the inspector arrived on 11/26, the next business day after the request.
On 11/27, Endurance authorized the repair of the damper servo.
On 11/29, Endurance received the signed invoice for completed repairs and issued payment to the repair facility.

I am rejecting this response because: nowhere in the contract does it say when a repair hits $1500 a inspector has to come out per policy. You have no problem taking money from people but when it comes time to pay out you sure know how to delay a customers repair and cause undue burdens on us. You claim customer service is what you strive at. I beg to differ. I showed up at an appointment that Friday early and the tech said it could be done before the end of the day. Instead of listening to a technician and service advisor telling you exactly what the problem was which was a 200 dollar failed servomotor, you opted to make myself wait through the weekend and into the following week. That is NOT customer service. If it had been a major mechanical like transmission or engine rebuild I would totally understand. But this was a small electronic part that triggered an inspector based off labor. Anyone with a bit of common sense understands that car repairs can easily hit 1500 dollars nowadays. This is an obvious tactic to try and find the slightest thing to deny a claim. My claim yes was ultimately approved. That is not my sole complaint. It is the fact of what you put me through and the things your cs reps told me that Friday that you ultimately decided against to make me wait. Not everyone has all the time in the world to wait as many days as I did for a part that even the computer triggered a code confirming the faulty part behind the dash. An inspector would have not made ANY difference being there or not. So again this is about the customer service not the repair itself.
Sincerely,
Mike
I filed a claim to have my vehicle fixed and in the process Endurance asked for proof that the vehicle has had the proper service.. I submitted the receipt from the shop that performed the service and it was hand written because at the time that the service was done their computer and printer was down..Endurance denied the claim and told me to get a printed receipt so I went back to the shop and had the shop owner print me one out .When I submitted the printed one they denied the claim and said it wasnt orignal and accused me of falsifying documents and begin comparing me to other customers that have committed fraud. I've contacted Endurance several times about this and keep getting blown off. I called them yesterday and now they are trying to say that I was was trying to cancel my policy and that was never the case.
At this time, the handwritten document and the recreated printed document are under review by Endurance's Director of Claims. Endurance's Customer Resolution Manager reached out the consumer and left a voicemail advising of the secondary review. The Resolution Manager will be in contact with the consumer during the review and resolution process.
This company is a scam. Don't fall for their lies. They send you a letter, not sure where they get their data but don't be fooled into believing they are legitimate. They will simply take your money. period. Throw any letters you get from this company away. It should be illegal to commit theft by deception......oh wait, it is. File a complaint with the FTC and FCC.

Very fast, helpful and understanding. Would recommend!
I am writing this complaint for my 88 year old mother (whom I have Power of Attorney for) that inadvertently signed up for a warranty on her 11 year old car. She had received repeated mailings from Endurance indicating "IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE IS REQUESTED" "CALL TO VERIFY" to update her auto file. Unknowingly she made a call and signed up for warranty service she thought or told she needed. Her judgment and memory is impaired and she did not understand and need this overpriced warranty service. When I took over her finances about a month later I saw this bill and payment that was made. I immediately called Endurance to cancel the contract and request a full refund. I was sent a cancellation form that took them 2 months to process. No refund was received. I called to day to follow up and found out she actually made two payments and they would waive the cancellation fee and send me a partial reimbursement. When I explained the situation about my 88 year old mother living alone on fixed income and asked for full refund the service person was very short with me and said that's all they could do and would send a check out today (not confident I will see it). Very unhappy with this resolution as I feel they took advantage of an elderly person and refused to do the right thing.
On 11/19, the consumer contacted Endurance to request cancellation of the contract. The contract was subsequently cancelled by request and a pro-rata refund issued. The pro-rata refund was mailed out on 11/19 to the consumer's address on file.
Be careful with this company. This is usually a well conceived scam and they just sell extended warranties for other companies, which means that they are no going to take care of your car. I made a claim and before that ,everything was good. After I made a claim they referred me to some other extended warranty ripoff and they were really rude and they hung up the phone on me ;they paid for half of the repairs and I was left hanging with another bill to pay for. I tell you, don't fall for this. if you want peace of mind , buy it, but be prepared to deal with disappointment. I just hope your peace of mind can help you with it .Most of the reviews I read here, and are positive, are related to the hook up process , where they are corteuos , until your car breaks .You'd better put 100 bucks in the bank every month and hope for the best instead of giving your money away to folks like this .Good luck and dont be surprised , warranty companies are in the business of making money , not helping people or fixing cars .
I have requested this company stop sending me their advertisements in the mail and stop telephoning me regarding their services for well over a year. They have ignored every single request both written and verbal to remove my name from their contact list. I have told them their constant contact has become harassment and that I will report them, yet I STILL get contacted by them. I am at my wits end with this company that will not leave me alone. I am not interested in their services, I am not going to become interested in their services and I want them to leave me alone! What is it going to take?
I had the Endurance Platinum Plan, I sold the truck that was covered by Endurance and bought a new car that was covered with the factory warranty, no longer needing the balance of my warranty I asked for the refund balance, it was a little over $200. I submitted all the paperwork and was told my check would be mailed out within 5 business days, 5 days past and no check, I called them again and turns out both had been done however they did verify that they had all the required paperwork for my refund. It’s now been 3 weeks and still no check. I won’t be doing business with Endurance again.
I would recommend anyone to this company ,Derrick was very helpful in getting me infromation I needed ,very polite and respectful true gentleman.
This company is a scam, after receiving a letter in the mail I called on 11-15-2018 to get details on a warranty for my vehicle, my conversation over the phone began with Mike he was absolutely disrespectful with in 10mins and he was going to hang up on me because I had too many questions for him. I asked to speak with a manager I was on hold for 31 mins then he came on the line and manually hung up on me.
Robert was great very fast service
Scott was very knowledgeable an helped me with my question. And very cheerful. A nice person to work with.
Jenessa was one of the most helpful customer service representative that I have ever encountered. She took a personal interest in me and my situation. I would highly recommend Endurance Warranty Services!
I've asked these companies time after time that I am not interested in their service, and their response is selling my information
We are sorry about any frustration Endurance’s mail piece caused the consumer, and as a result of the consumer’s complaint, our company placed the consumer on our internal “Do Not Mail” database to ensure he does not receive any future direct mail advertisements from our company. Please allow up to 10 business days to process this request. The consumer may still receive additional mail pieces sent during the processing time.
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Sincerely,
Scott
This company sends intentionally deceptive, fear-based fake bills out en masse. My mother received one and it caused her much distress until I assured her it was a deceptive, repugnant sales tactic.
This company preys on people that don't speak VERY fluent english, the elderly, and people who are in fear of unpaid bills ruining their lives. This company's advertisements make no effort to be forthright, instead they hope you think you'll mistake the letter as being from the dealership you bought your car from, as an extension of your current warranty and not as a whole new policy with a whole new company.
Swindling is bad enough, these people make a targeted effort on the most disadvantaged. I will continue spreading the word of my experience on review sites until this practice is STOPPED, and PROVEN to be stopped by a lack of new customer complaints.
Please be advised, Endurance vehicle service contracts are offered in over 2,000 automobile dealerships as a well as direct-to-consumers via the internet, television commercials, and direct mail promotions.
Endurance is a Gold-certified member of the Vehicle Protection Association (VPA). As a certified member, Endurance follows the VPA's Standards of Conduct. The Standards state that any vehicle service contract selling company must identify in the mail piece and Endurance abides by this standard.
Endurance is sorry about any confusion that Endurance's mail piece caused the consumer, and as a result of the consumer's complaint, Endurance would like to place the consumer's mother on Endurance's internal "Do Not Mail" database to ensure that she does not receive any future direct mail advertisements from our company. As the consumer filed the complaint under his own name, Endurance requests that the consumer provide the name and address to which to mail piece was sent, or the vehicle code found on the advertisement. Once Endurance receives this information and locates the account, Endurance can place the consumer's mother on the "Do Not Mail" database.
Mary provided great customer service. She answered all my question and solved my issue from my account. Looking forward to doing business with Endurance
