Will not pay back after policy is canceled
I purchased a policy with endurance September. In October I started the process to cancel my policy. On Nov 3, I send the corrected form that was notarized to them by email. On Nov 20th they were contacted about my money for the policy that was canceled. They said that they never received the email. Sent the email again on Nov 20th and the rude woman said it would take 6-8 weeks for check to be sent. I asked from what date would that start Nov 3rd or Nov 20th? She said Nov 20th. Called back on Jan 8th and representative said that they still have not received the email. I forward all the previous emails to him directly showing that emails were sent. He told me not sure why they “Didn’t get them email” but would try to get process speed up but could possibly take 6-8 weeks to get the check. Called back on Feb 2nd and they said that it was being processed. After 2 hr wait on the phone they told they check would be cut on Feb 8. On Feb 19 called AGAIN for them to tell me that my check did “Not Make the Batch” to be cut on Feb 8th. The next batch to be cut is Feb 22nd. Tried to get them to help me understand why it “didnt make the batch”. She said all depends on what my Q number is. Basically I will have to wait for Feb 22 to hold my money hostage without interest.

Company is a joke that doesn't honor their warranty contract
I would give them a zero if I could. This company does everything that it can to not do repairs as what should be covered by the contract. We had one where both the dealership and THEIR OWN INSPECTOR AGREED WITH THE REPAIR and they still refused to do it. In addition, they also after at least two attempts refused to send us details about the claim. DO NOT EVER buy a warranty for this company as they are unethical. When you don't even believe your own inspector and won't share relevant documentation that should tell you everything that you need to know.

Scam
That would be 0 stars if possible. One star is absurdly too many. Rebecca Patterson" if you are real, you are attempting to scam my grandmother out of her money again after you did it once and I got it back from you. This is elder abuse. Stop abusing the elderly with your scams. Your company is so happy to address letters to people who do not exist in hopes of getting old people's money then being able to claim you did not send any more letters to her.

I gave Endurance five stars for Tabitha *** professional, caring, and efficient customer service. She was GREAT! I had never received my contract nor the rewards promotions promised when I sighned up in May of 2020. I really appreciated her service.

I spoke to Chelsea in claims and she was everything you could ask for in a customer service representative. She has advanced problem solving skills and listened intently to my concerns. Many times in order to protect a brand or themselves , an agent will simply read from a script or argue their point but not Chelsea. She was able to portray the brand in a positive light with exaggerating in an attempt to gain my confidence or up selling the customer and risking the relationship. I wish every company had a person like her; she’s a true asset.

My husband and I just purchased an older vehicle and I was looking to get extended warranty coverage. I saw the reviews for endurance and called for a quote. I was very happy with Mack the representative I spoke with, he went above and beyond to help me be able to get the best coverage for our new vehicle. They were very flexible with the payment date which is great especially during a pandemic! The rate was very affordable and the coverage seems great! Hopefully we don't have to use it any time soon but I am glad we signed up. It gives me comfort to know I have help if need be. Especially the roadside assistance.

well I made a call to purchase a extended warranty and I was telling the sales lady that I only want bummper to bummper and that I already have warranty on engine and powertrain. she told me yes plus two tires and extra coverage on my eng. power. All it covers is engine and powertrain and electric. my complaint is that I should of been told that it wont help me. I did have thirty days> but I was sick and had no idea what I bought. im 60yr. old and cant afford more. I was talking with Sarvesh P. he had asked me to email my car warranty and so the dealers emailed it to him. since then havent heard from him. all im saying is thus shouldnt have been sold to me. in Michigan there was no way other to call in and I did. and emailed also

I won't be down for long tho. Your patience, elite customer service and professionalism, was greatly appreciated. Many success to you guys.

Very professional staff, that took the extra time to make sure that I understood the transaction.

I called and got customer service with no problems. The agent was very friendly and supportive. I called to get info concerning my warranty. I only had to take my ca to repair for a minor issue and they didn't give me an issue. So far I am very satisfied with the service that they gave.

So far Endurance has handled my claims and paid for repairs quickly and with no problems.

The customer service representative was professional and absolutely wonderful he explained everything to me told me when I would get the price was fantastic and the service is great.

Sent a request email for a quote on their various warranty plans, never wanting to be called - a response email would have been fine. Get an intrusive call from a representative on Sunday. The rep began asking me questions about my vehicle and driving style, and then proceeded to offer the plan cost and terms. When I responded with, "That seems very expensive..." the rep hung up on me. Here he is intruding on my weekend, then when he doesn't get the answer he wants (a sale), he rudely hangs up on me.

I just called for general information and I received a professional a service. Treated with respect and the information was very useful.

In regard to the claim department maybe there'll be someone there to answer the call in the future to help me with filing my claim I am a new customer. And if this the way you're treating your new customers and maybe I have the wrong company and I wish to file a complaint with the supervisor on duty.

They don't cover as much as they say they do. So much fine print and deception. They use the term "bumper to bumper coverage" very loosly to get you to think everything is covered, until you get the contract and read the fine print as to watch is NOT covered. I needed a suspension repair, not covered. I needed a cam case repair, not covered. The not covered list goes on and on, so why bother paying for a warranty if it covers very little!

this is probably the biggest scam in history and I'm slightly embarrassed that I actually fell for it. I purchased the policy when we bought our BMW x5m with 104k miles on it. The transmission/transfer case went out at 114k miles so I had it towed to the dealership for review. The dealership started the process of the warranty claim. The transmission failure was found with an attempt to drive the vehicle. The endurance adjuster had the dealership pull the transmission/transfer case so the point of failure could be seen by the adjuster. long story short I have a completely torn apart vehicle that is denied for "wear and tear" and now I'm out either 4300 to have it fixed or 1700 to have it put back together broken. they use "wear and tear" as a blanket statement to deny claims. policy plainly states "internally lubricated parts and covered" today I learned not if its "wear and tear" ...so save your money, plus you will be on hold for hours trying to talk with someone

I took my car in for repair and Endurance denied the claim. I called and was hung up on 3 times from 2 managers David and Leo and a rep. Never in my life have I experience such nasty and rude service from a company. I read over my contract and it clearly states that parts are covered. However, Leo said that it's not and if I had an issue with my engine or need to replace the engine, then that will be covered. So the company is willing to pay thousands of dollars to replace a whole engine but not a water pump and thermostat housing? He goes on to see "you get what you paid for" well I paid for an extended warranty that covers mechanical issues. I would like for my car to be repair as promised through the warranty I purchased. I also told Leo that I will be going to media and speaking with an attorney. He replied with "do what you want, it’s not going to help any". Just blatant rude and very unprofessional. This is a scam and a rip off.
