They really try to do their best for their prospective customers. They followed up nicely, offered some great extra perks and showed the value and ease of use of their vehicle warranty product.

I purchased an extended warranty from them. I put on my 1000 miles and went 30 days without an issue. A week after the waiting period was over my check engine light came on. I took the car to the dealer and they said that there was a problem with the engine. My car was at the dealer for five weeks before the service manager at the dealership said they wouldn't honor my claim. I have sent numerous emails with delivery receipts, numerous calls have been made with the same response that someone would get back to me..I have not received a call, email or any written correspondence from them on this claim. They are saying it is a preexisting condition even though I provided them with all of the necessary maintenance records to the contrary. My next complaint is to the attorney general of the state of Illinois and the Department of banking and Insurance. I feel as though I have been duped and ignored. I need to know if they are going to honor my claim or do I have to get a lawyer involved. I've never dealt with a more unprofessional organization.
As a side note, I asked the gentlemen who sold me the warranty if they would inspect the car prior to coverage. He said that as long as I go the 1000 miles and 30 days without a claim it would be honored. I believe the call was recorded so if you want to listen to it please ask them for the record....

I just bought my policy through Endurance so I have no way of knowing long-term if I will experience any issues should I have a claim. However, the diligence, professionalism, and customer care taken and shown to me by David *** and Kim *** were above and beyond my expectations. They were fantastic ambassadors for their company, and makes me feel especially positive about working with them for the life of my car and for making the choice to warrant my car through Endurance!
