Alvin was very professional. The eagerness to help me make the best possible choice for the circumstance that I was in, was unmistakable, and set the tone for a total credit to the working community that hired him. His actions proved that he truly cares about the customers under warranty at Endurance. He sparred no time congratulating me on my thoughtful decision making. After expressing his concerns regarding a customer that made an costly choice, and as an result, ended up paying for it in upwards of $16,000. He then attributed his enthusiasm to making sure that that same costly choice doesn't happen to another person if he can prevent it. For that, I have nothing but respect for him. Because of those concerns, that made me feel like I should have less to worry, due to both of our concerns are having the same understanding. I had a fantastic customer service experience! Thank you.

Alvin was incredibly helpful. I appreciate the time he took to careful and fully explain my policy. He went above and beyond my expectations and helped me get the information I needed.
Lied to me on what would be covered. Refused to send me a potential copy of service contract prior to purchase to review what would be covered and not covered.
I asked multiple times about the luxury Electronics package being covered and even paid for the higher package for it to be covered and discovered after I paid and contract was sent to me that one of my vehicle had 6 miles too many*

I asked multiple times prior to purchase if this package included the luxury Electronics package and was told yes.
I did cancel immediately and was given a full refund
This place is crooked! Over the phone I was told I would get 30 days to decide if I wanted to cancel the contract. They took my money within 5 days! I had to call 4 times and spoke to 3 different representatives, Scott, Chris and Derrick; all who claimed they would call me back, etc. Never did! Still fighting with this company to get my refund. Do not get a warranty contract with this company.
I been paying for a warranty on my vehicle. My transmission went I put in a claim they keep denying the claim stating the reason why, the warranty doesn't cover it. But I asked how did they come up with the reason the transmission went if the first shop never broke the transmission down and it was clearly stated to the first examiner the first shop dont break down transmissions. Instead the first shop pulled the oil pan saw metal shavings assumed a reason and the examiner accepted it. Then they flushed the system and refilled it with new oil unbeknownst to me. Now not knowing this I moved the car to a second shop for a second opinion they broke the tramission down at the request of the warranty company, they saw that the system was flushed and refilled with new oil, then they found the issue and told the second examiner but the examiner kept telling the new shop its another reason which is the original reason the first shop stated. They denied the claim again now. Its been over a month I've lost weeks of work, inconvienenced people and paid people to borrow their car, been trying to stay a float financially due to this hardship while still trying to maintain my appointments and work on top of all this. The warranty company keeps giving me the run around, I have tried everything to work with this company but they have not been cooperative in trying to deal with this issue in a speedy manner. I need my vehicled repaired asap. Clearly they know the first shop messed up by removing the evidence that showed the proof as to the real reason the transmission went but yet they put the burden on me to have to investigate this issue fight and argue to try to get this claim approved.
The Endurance Director of Customer Service is continuing to work with the consumer to come to a resolution. Consumer spoke with the Director on 10/18/2018 and agreed to continue the resolution process.

I am rejecting this response because:
The Director of customer service called on 10/18/18 at 7:10pm after business hours which 1 minute before he called me I got an email from the Revdex.com with his response. Now that tells me he preplanned his response that he sent to the Revdex.com first then called me. To make it seem as if he really is trying to work with me but instead he is trying to make his response to the Revdex.com correlate with his conversation with me. When he called he basically called to tell me that "he will notify the Revdex.com that we are trying to work things out if thats fair to say", which was the first time I heard from him since I filed a complaint because prior to my complaint endurance was not taking any of my calls just giving me excuses just so they would not deal with my situation. Now today I reached out, was put on hold for 16 minutes to get a representative who in turn went to go talk to the director and come back to tell me the director of customer service said he will be in meetings all day and he will contact me at the end of the business day. Well if you are in meetings all day how can a representative interrupt to ask you if you want to take my call and you give that response, in other words in my opinion you are trying to give run around again and make it seem like you in my favor to work this out when clearly you just want this complaint to go away.

The consumer's claim will remain denied. The repair facility where the car was originally taken to diagnose the failure changed the fluid in order to see if that would fix the problem. This action by the repair facility was performed prior to an inspection being performed. The contract clearly states that no claims will be paid without prior authorization. In the interest of customer service, Endurance offered the consumer $2,812.77 which is equal to 50% of the cost of the repair. Additionally, Endurance offered to reimburse the consumer for the cost of their rental car. The consumer has rejected this offer as of October 31, 2018. The offer made to the consumer, in the interest of customer service, will remain open should the consumer decide to accept it.
Buyer beware.
I bought my auto warranty and believe that I had made a good decision. They have great customer service in the sales department the people are very nice and knowledgeable but when you need their help or you need to file a claim that is when the nightmare begins. My car broke down when I sent it in for the 120k service. After having it towed to the third mechanic's shop, the faulty tension was the problem. However, this company denied my claim for normal wear and tear! My policy "Select Premier" policy only covers break downs and not normal wear and tear!!!! HUH???? Why do you purchase an extended warranty policy if it doesn't cover it when it breaks down - regardless of the issue!!! I spoke to customer service and was patient as they sent out 3 insurance adjusters only to deny the claim a month later!!! They have an A+ Revdex.com rating but I'm not sure how that is possible?????

Stay away...This company will take your money, and when you need them most. They slow walk, and find reasons for delay, and excuses. They are continuing to debit my account, while not accepting and processing my claim. Its been over a week and there has not even been a call back after they ran out of excuses to accept and pay out my claim. End the end you will have to seek the help of the federal trade commission, attorney general, and my own legal efforts in order to enforce contract that appears to have been fraudulently sold under deceptive marketing and sales practices in the state of Florida by Mr. Michael ***. Truly a disappointing and time consuming experience. If this review saves even just one person from dealing with this company and Mr. Michael ***, then it is worth it.
DONOT BUY A WARRANTY FROM THIS COMPANY!
THEY USE EVERY EXCUSE IN THE WORLD TO DENY YOUR CLAIM, EVEN WHEN IT IS LEGIT.
THEY SELL YOU A SONG AND DANCE OVER THE PHONE, THEN TELL YOU ANY WEAR AND TEAR CAUSES A DENIAL.
WEAR AND TEAR IS WHAT ACTUALLY CAUSES PARTS TO FAIL, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR VEHICLE HAS MILEAGE THAT CAUSED YOU TO BUY THE WARRANTY TO BEGIN WITH!
EVEN WITH GOOD SERVICE RECORDS, THEY TRY ANYTHING TO GET OUT OF PAYING.
ASK FOR YOUR MONEY BACK AND PUT IT IN AN ACCOUNT FOR YOURSELF.
SAVE THE HASSLE AND HEADACHE OF DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY.

07/20/2018 I purchased a car warranty from Endurance Warranty. That warranty was a bumper to bumper warranty that should cover my failed rear air bellows/suspension/car stabilizer, but for some reason, Endurance informed the repair shop (Chandler of ***) that my *** was not covered. I purchased a bumper to bumper warranty and I have the recording to provide that is what Endurance told me.
Endurance has contacted the consumer by telephone. The consumer has agreed to continue doing business with Endurance. Multiple resolutions are being discussed at this time.

I would and have recommended Endurance to my family and friends. I called with an issue that really stressed me to no end. After speaking with the agent I knew then I had made the right decision to go with Endurance. Professional, he sincerely listen and I felt relief come over me at the end of the call. The agent knew my product and made me feel that he cared. GO WITH ENDURANCE FOLKS. Thank you.

Absolute ***, ... have a 2014 *** with a defective CVT transmission that causes excessive wear .... (*** has lost multiple class action lawsuits against them for selling vehicles with this faulty/defective cvt)
..this cars been worked on 3 times in 150k miles, including a TSB software update and a full replacement between 60-70k miles... at 150 it needed its second defective transmission replaced and we were told by endurance it only failed due to wear and tear on a metal belt so they wouldn't cover it....almost all parts in a car, especially a moving part will show signs of wear, if they're the kind of company who uses wear and tear as a loose term to keep from paying claims then they can lose my family's buisness... I highly advise not to waste you're money on a company that doesn't stand behind the customer
