Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I am not in receipt of any correspondence from convergent and it is unfortunate to pretend that you did. Because of this I am convinced that this account placed on my credit report is fraudulent as I owe nothing to Sprint. Please remove this fraudulent reporting from the credit bureaus. I am completely prepared to contact my attorney and start the necessary litigation because of the fraudulent and dishonest business practices of Convergent.

08/11/2016 was reviewed.We were unable to substantiate Ms. [redacted] claim the agent was rude. We believe the agent acted professionally. The agent advised Ms. [redacted] at the time of the call that we would no longer contact her. Ms. [redacted] requested both verbally on the phone call and also by email on 08/11/2016 that we cease communication. day loan as Mr. [redacted] has referenced in his complaint I was able to locate an active account in our office for Dish Network with a balance of $147.68, placed in our office 3/29/16 by our client. I was unable to substantiate Mr. [redacted]'s claims that he has asked us not to call him. I was not able to find any prior contacts made with Mr. [redacted].I was unable to substantiate the claim made by Mr.[redacted] that we have threatened him with jail time or court fee as we do not have prior phone contact with Mr. [redacted], nor do we pursue consumers with legal action. We are unable to substantiate Mr. [redacted]'s claims that we call 30-40 times a day. We have attempted to reach Mr. [redacted] at the phone number provided in this complaint, however we have not attempted to reach him more than once a day. In response to this complaint, we have added Mr.[redacted]'s phone number of [redacted] to our "do not call list". We have placed the account for Dish Network in a cease communication status. I've attached a copy of a screen shot with my Verizon account showing that I have paid my account fully.
Also, they don't have my real Verizon account number.(I'll also attach a copy of their mail sent to my house).
I'm a new Immigrant and have been in the US about a year (I've been very aware of my bills)
This is a scam,and I'm willing to have a Revdex.com representative listen in on a call I'll make to Verizon or any other solution you'll find fitting.

I am rejecting this response because: Outsourcing Covergent, Inc. Has been contacted by me and a credit repair associates a phone bill is not a validated debt it does have my signature. I have no account with Outsourcing Covergent nor Sprint. I asked for removal from all 3 credit bureaus and debt closed and removed not remarks on my credit report. I will be reporting them as fraud along with legal filings with the credit bureaus along with notice that they have been contacted.
