Dear Ms. [redacted], Convergent Outsourcing, Inc. has investigated your complaint National Collegiate Trust placed this account in our office 12/09/2015, to collect a balance on their behalf.On 02/12/2016, we received an email from you providing proof the account was past the statute of limitations; requesting proof of debt and requesting we cease communication. The account was placed in a disputed status and collection activity had been suspended.
