I am rejecting this response because:Convergent makes references to the account as if it is mineValidation exists if they can prove it is mineThe address on their "validation" is ? it mine nor I have ever lived thereIn addition, if any due diligence was taken by Convergent, they would have been able to find that no one would know me if they contacted any of those numbers included on the bill.At this point any reference tying me to the account is harassment and now considered a lie.I have never been a customer of TMobile so whether they send the account back to them or not, that still doesn't clear them of FDCPA liabilityI've asked on many occasions for them to address the FDCPA violations and offered a settlement to avoid the courts but they have not responded in an intelligible, responsible manner
This matter is not closed until the FDCPA violations have been adequately addressedI would highly recommend that they take a serious approach to my claims as I am currently exploring lawsuit options and consolidating the evidence of their FDCPA violationsAs they should know by now, I am trying to avoid filing a lawsuit against them with my multiple pleas for them to address the violations and my settlement offerContinued failure to address the issues of my complaint will likely result in me filing a complaint against them in court

I am rejecting this response because:Once again, Convergent is failing to address each FDCPA violation item that I provided to themI have evidence of FDCPA violations and simple dismissal by Convergent will not doI am confident that the court will agree with the FDCPA violations that I am claiming and can pursue the courts assistance as wellI am sure Convergent can tell that I am not wanting to involve the court as I keep renewing my offer given that they keep failing to respond timely and completely.Until Convergent responds to my settlement offer items specifically, I will not deem this complaint resolvedIf they would rather pursue this through the courts, they can respond by stating that they would prefer this issue to be dealt with in the courts and I will immediate proceed as suchUntil then, there is not a resolution and I will not accept the response.I also want to note that I received a response today from T-Mobile agreeing that the debt is in fact, not mineI do want to point out whether or not that Convergent sent the account back to T-Mobile or not, that does not relieve them from liabilities due to their FDCPA violations

us under another name, on which the phone number [redacted] listed in Ms[redacted] complaint was a contact numberConvergent Outsourcing has called the phone number [redacted] one time on 05/02/at 2:24pm eastern timeWe did not speak with anyone on this phone call as there was no answerOn 05/02/at 4:38pm eastern time, Ms[redacted] called back and stated she has had a missed callIt was discovered that the phone number Ms[redacted] had received the call to, was listed for another partyThe agent marked the phone number badMs[redacted] also spoke with a supervisor who additionally, added the phone number of [redacted] to our "do not call" list, and we have notified our client to have the phone number added to their "do not call" listWe have no information regarding any calls made to Ms[redacted] at the number [redacted] before the account on which it was listed was placed with us in April of and we have not placed any calls to the number since May 2nd, when we were advised it was a wrong phone numberIf Ms[redacted] is receiving calls to any other phone number than the one she has provided in this complaint, to research this matter further Ms[redacted] may provide dates, times and the phone number(s) to which the calls were placedWe can also have additional numbers added to our "do not call" listTo have phone numbers being called in error removed from our system, Convergent Outsourcing, Inchas a Do Not Call Line at 1-855-728-or on our website at www.convergentusa.comWe appreciate the opportunity to respond and apologize for any inconvenienceRespectfully,
