is receiving calls to?Mr[redacted] states that we are attempting to reach another party at this phone numberDoes Mr[redacted] have the parties name our system and or agent is asking for?In this complaint, Mr[redacted] states that he keeps receiving calls from Convergent OutsourcingThere was reference to a phone number that is calling him in this complaint of 661-873-While attempting to investigate this matter we called 661-873-and received a personal voice mailThis number is not affiliated with Convergent Outsourcing.To further investigate this matter we need additional informationPlease have Mr[redacted] provide the telephone number the calls are being received atIn addition Mr[redacted] states that this is a business phone lineIs it possible the company has a different number we might be calling and it is being routed to Mr[redacted]?The number in this complaint of [redacted] was already added to our "do not call list' to ensure we do not call this numberTo have phone numbers being called removed from our system, Convergent Outsourcing, Inchas a Do Not Call Line at 1-855-728-or on our website at www.convergentusa .com.If Mr[redacted] has any additional information that may be helpful in investigating this matter such as the dates of the calls, the time the calls were received,the phone number that appeared on the caller identification, he may send them to me directly at [redacted]@convergentusa.com.We appreciate the opportunity to respond and apologize for any inconvenience Mr[redacted] may be experiencing in this matter

Convergent Outsourcing has received [redacted] complaintOn 07/26/2016,[redacted] made a payment of $to settle the account in fullt is unclear to Convergent Outsourcing why our system did not automatically generate a receipt when the account was settledThis matter is currently being
investigated.On 08/08/2016,[redacted] called and stated she had not received a receipt and requested one besent to the bank.The representative updated the email address and requested one be sent.Upon investigation,we found due to our companies error the email was not sent to [redacted] until 08/18/We sincerely apologize for this error and any inconvenience this may have causedAttached is a copy of the receipt for [redacted] records.Thank you for the opportunity to respond

Ms[redacted] stated in her complaint that she was contacted on 05/27/2016, 09/09/2016, and 11/21/Furthermore Ms[redacted] stated that she continued to receive calls after notifying Convergent to stop calling and that she disputed the accountWe were unable to substantiate these claims as this account was not placed with Convergent until 12/02/2016, and this complaint was the first communication we have had with anyone in reference to this account.? day loan as Mr[redacted] has referenced in his complaint I was able to locate an active account in our office for Dish Network with a balance of $147.68, placed in our office 3/29/by our clientI was unable to substantiate Mr[redacted]'s claims that he has asked us not to call himI was not able to find any prior contacts made with Mr[redacted].I was unable to substantiate the claim made by Mr.[redacted] that we have threatened him with jail time or court fee as we do not have prior phone contact with Mr[redacted], nor do we pursue consumers with legal actionWe are unable to substantiate Mr[redacted]'s claims that we call 30-times a dayWe have attempted to reach Mr[redacted] at the phone number provided in this complaint, however we have not attempted to reach him more than once a dayIn response to this complaint, we have added Mr.[redacted]'s phone number of [redacted] to our "do not call list"We have placed the account for Dish Network in a cease communication statusWe appreciate the opportunity to respondRespectfully,

fraud dispute.We responded to a similar complaint made by Ms[redacted] to the Consumer Financial Protection BureauThis is the first communication we have received on behalf of this account notifying us that Ms[redacted] believes the account to be fraudulent Sprint placed this account in our office on 09/29/2015, to collect a balance on their behalf.On 10/06/2016, we received Ms.[redacted]'s dispute that she faxed to our officeThe account was placed into a disputestatus, and collection activity was suspended sothis mattermay be investigatedOn 10/17/2016, Convergent Outsourcing mailed billing statements obtained from Sprint to Ms.[redacted]'s address.The account remained in a disputed status.We are sorry to hear Ms[redacted] has been a victim of fraudIn an effort to assist her with this matter, Convergent Outsourcing has mailed Ms.[redacted] a fraud packet When Ms[redacted] receives the fraud packet, please ask that she fill it out and return it directly to Sprint Convergent Outsourcing has updated the credit bureaus accordingly.We appreciate the opportunity to respond

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:the address your notification was sent to I have never resided at !
You have no proof of sending me a registered certified mail notification of this collection action prior to putting anything on my credit file therefore you are in violation of the FCRA or $per occurrence
Your proof of receiving an email from me is actually an email from yourself recording the phone conversation that had taken place ?
Again I have no sprint account have not authorized any services or had any dealings with this account, clearly your incorrect address and lack of relevant information show your company have clearly communicated with me in error which is why I again demand you show proof of my ownership of this debt , no funds have left my accounts, my actual name and address has not been used therefore I do not need to waste my time working on fraud !?
I demand you Remove any reference o your problem account to the credit bureaus immediately
