I am rejecting this response because:
I'm not sure if you are acknowledging you use a call forwarder or not, but I do not feel like you are taking this very seriouslyYou are using a call forwarder, and that is why the phone numbers I see are not yoursIf you know this, then why are you trying to call those numbers when you know they will not route back to you, and then putting it into your response ? That makes me feel like you think I am dumbYou are continuing to call me and if you do not clear this up I will report you to the FTC and your state attorney general, and then take legal action, and your comments in there responses will be shown to the judgeIf I have to sue you to stop calling me I will ask for damages on every one of the phone calls I have received since FebruaryTake this seriously, investigate why I am being called

I am rejecting this response because:? Although the representative asked for the last four of my social security number, I would ask WHY my address was used?? ? What is the purpose of this company sending this notice, along with enticement to reduce the amount you have to pay to settle this balance, to every person with my same name?? What if I had given a fake last four SS?? Would they still have taken my address off the list?? Of course they would have, cause it would not have matched their records.They can deny phishing but I maintain that if you send out a credit collection notice to enough people there will be people sending in payment.? This company does not ask you to verify your last of your SS? when you submit the payment.? ? So please tell me what processes they have in place to identify a payment made by the wrong person with the same name on the collection notice??

I am rejecting this response because:Due to the fact that? Convergent outsourcing has admitted that they have been asked for validation on numerous occasions and have yet failed to send an signed contract or agreement stating that I owe the "said debt." They are simply sending a bill that could have been generated by their officeIf I am responsible for this account that they claim they should be able to send me a detailed report of when I missed payments, when the account was first opened and when I defaultedConvergent outsourcing should be able to send me an actual contract between me and "[redacted]." I am continuously asking that Convergent Sourcing to send what ever documents they have in their files used to verify this accountA fraudulent bill will not sufficeUnder FCRA I have the right to demand they disclose all of the documents they have recorded and retained in their files at the time of the request concerning account that at being reported on my credit reportAll unverified accounts must be deletedSo again who verified this account? What documents did they use to verify/validate? Where are the documents used to verify?The only correspondence that I received was a billing statement.? This item does not qualify? as verification per FCRAThis company is in violation for continuing to verify the account with the credit bureaus without providing the evidence as requestedit is my contention that Convergent Outsourcing know that they cannot tie me to this alleged account, otherwise, they would have done so when I made my initial requestConvergent Outsourcing is blatantly disregarding the law.?
Convergent Outsourcing, Inchas received Ms[redacted]'s dispute and complaintT-Mobile placed thisaccount in our office on 10/27/2016, to collect a balance of $on their behalf.Convergent Outsourcing was first notified of Ms[redacted]'s dispute on 03/09/2017, when we receivedan email from her,
disputing the account as fraudThe account was placed in a disputed status andcollection activity was suspended.On 03/21/2017, we received statement copies from T-Mobile validating the balance owedThisinformation was mailed to Ms[redacted] on 3/21/Additionally on 03/22/2017, we also mailed afraud packet to Ms[redacted], in the event she wanted to file a fraud claim with T-Mobile on behalf ofthe account.On 03/25/2017, Convergent Outsourcing requested our information be removed from the creditbureaus.In response to receiving this communication from your office, Convergent Outsourcing has closed theaccount and returned it to T-MobileIf Ms[redacted] has any further inquiries regarding this matter,please have her contact T-Mobile directly.We appreciate the opportunity to respond
