You have no proof of sending me a registered certified mail notification of this collection action prior to putting anything on my credit file therefore you are in violation of the FCRA or $per occurrence
Your proof of receiving an email from me is actually an email from yourself recording the phone conversation that had taken place ?
Again I have no sprint account have not authorized any services or had any dealings with this account, clearly your incorrect address and lack of relevant information show your company have clearly communicated with me in error which is why I again demand you show proof of my ownership of this debt , no funds have left my accounts, my actual name and address has not been used therefore I do not need to waste my time working on fraud !
I demand you Remove any reference o your problem account to the credit bureaus immediately

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Jason W*** LIED LIED LIED He REMOVED me from the system BEFORE MsSarah investigated this complaint Jason W*** did in fact email me a copy of a report sent to Experian and TransUnion indicating REMOVAL of a collection that was ACTUALLY PAID IN FULL to the Medical Provider: Cora Health ServicesI have a copy of the FORM Jason W*** emailed me; however, due to COMPROMISING my SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, I do NOT NOW OR EVER send my Social Security Number via email in an unencrypted and unsecured email To ask me to send MsSarah my Social Security Number would FURTHER jeopardize my identity and compromise my person, which is the original basis for the complaint with Revdex.com Commercial Recovery Services has absolutely ZERO (0) concern for ID THEFT, simply by asking me to send them my SS# again in an email To ask me to provide my SS# to Revdex.com is unconscienably ignorant, which would leave me totally open to ID THEFT once AGAIN This company has low ratings, and is NOT ever to be Trusted

collects on balances placed in our office by our clients.We do not attempt to scam consumers.To date, this is the first communication that we have received from Mr***, requesting for validation of the balanceThe following information has been provided from Sprint:Account reflects the balance of $306.59; acct was cancelled01/05/for nonpayment; charges are for usage and overage for phone numbers *** and *** for bill period Sep 01-Sepbilled 10/04/08;plus late fees and taxes; last payment of $posted on 03/17/09In response to this complaint, we have requested statements be mailed to Mr*** at the address we have on file validating the balanceThe account has been placed in a cease communication status.Our information was requested to be removed from the credit bureaus on 06/06/2015.We appreciate the opportunity to respond

I am rejecting this response because: what you provided was an incomplete billing statement that did not show that this account belongs to meMy request was very specific and you violating the FCRA Section which is seperate for the FDCPAThe law states a person bring a claim must provide the evidenceYou are stating I owe for this account but want me to take the liberty of doing the research to see if this is accurate? Surely you cannot think that makes sense! I did in fact reach out to Sprint and they were not able to locate an account and redirected me to your companyI will not go back and forth between you and SprintIf you refuse to address and resolve this matter diligently, I wil file a lawsuit and request that you provide the documentation in a courtroom as I have every legal right to do soIf you are not able to provide the requested documentation not only will you be forced to delete this inaccurate account but I will then seek monetary damanges for your gross negligence!

Dear Resolutions, The Revdex.com has closed the file with the last communication that Convergent would place the account in disputed status and cease collection activity (Response dated 14May2018) However, yesterday 21Maywe received in the mail a letter from Convergent that they still are trying to collect the debt, despite being provided documented evidence from Cox Communications that there was never any outstanding balance nor was any communication made from *** to any outsourced collections agency in an attempt to collect a debtIs there a way to re-open the file so that further communications can be captured?
