Convergent Outsourcing, Inchas investigated Mr***'s complaintOn 9/11/2015, *** placed this account in our office to collect a balance of $on their behalf.Our company policy is to ensure that we are speaking to the correct party so that we do not disclose personal information to the
incorrect party.Mr*** declined to provide any information as he believed this to be a scamConvergent Outsourcing onlycollect on balances placed in our office by our clientsWe do not attempt to scam consumers.Upon investigation of Mr***'s complaint, I have reviewed the phone calls on 10/20/2015,10/27/and 11/05/for this accountI have found,at no point in these phone calls was Mr*** denied the ability to speak with a managerOn 10/27/2015, Mr*** did advise the agent not to contact that number again and requested a managerOn10/27/the number *** was placed on our "do not call list"The agent asked Mr*** to hold while the supervisor became availableAt that time Mr*** said he believed the call to be a scam and decline to stay on the phone.In response to receiving this information, the account has been closed from our office and returned to ***We do not own the account and therefore, cannot make any guarantees.We will forward a copy of this complaint and our response to our clientIf Mr*** has any further inquiries please have him contact ***'s customer support at 1-877-380-6578, referencing the above *** account number

What does that mean specifically? Does that mean that Convergent Outsourcing will sell this debt to another company? Please explain

I am rejecting this response because:
The response you have provided isn't sufficient enoughYou have purchased this account from somewhere but PSEG has no record of this accountI have asked that you provide documentation because you are now attempting to collect on an account that isn't minesWithout valid documentation/contract for me to observe the validity of the contract than there is no contract and I ask that you remove all negative information that you have associated with this account to the credit bureaus be removed immediatelyIf you have obtained an account you should be able to provide the Revdex.com or myself a contract stating the services renderedWithout that you could easily falsely created an account in my name or with my SSN but you are unable to furnish any documentation I would like for you to reach out to the original account holder and obtain some form of valid documentation stating that this account solely belongs to me because they have declined that this account is minesAgain please provide documentation to the Revdex.com or myself or remove any and all negative information associated with this account reported to the credit bureaus.

Convergent Outsourcing, Inchas investigated this complaintWith the additional information received, I was able to locate an account for *** ***.On 12/02/2015, Ms*** advised one of our agents that the number *** *** was the number to her place of business and stated she was not allowed to have calls to that phone numberAt that time our agent marked the phone number as bad so we would not continue to call.This letter will confirm Convergent Outsourcing, Inchas placed the phone number *** *** on our "Do Not Call List"We apologize for the inconvenience we may have caused

Please in your response address the following:
I am disputing the validity of this debtYou are required to provide me with verification of this debt.
Per the FTC it states that "Debt collectors may not: give information about you to anyone, including a credit reporting company; "
If you can not validate this is my debt it must be removed from my credit file.
You cannot just put a collection on a persons credit file when they do not owe the debt
