Convergent Outsourcing has received Ms.***'s dispute and the request that we cease communicationGalaxy Asset Purchasing, LLC placed this account in our office 11/20/to collect a balance on their behalf.To date this is the first communication we have received from Ms***, notifying

I am rejecting this response because: I contacted *** *** and they have told me that this account no longer belongs to them but to Convergent Outsourcing INCbut the thing is Convergent is NOT licensed to take debt in the state of Florida that is why they are saying I need to contact *** ***The lady at *** *** said that they have NO dealings with this account at all!! If you visit *** it will show you that Convergent is not licensed (I also attached a screenshot showing that) so they need to take this off all of my credit reports ASAP I have attached the paper work showing that Convergent is the company that has the debt but they are not licensed in the state of Florida I'm asking that they take care of this in a speedy manner thanks!
