From: *** * Sent: Friday, April 28, 10:AM Subject: Fwd: You have a new message from the Revdex.comAs I have told the last collection Agency that I am unaware of such an account and charges with the Original creditor SprintThis account was originally put on my credit report in under a different collection agency (Enhanced Recovery) This was the same document provided by the previous collection agency as the provided .pdf document has no Signature on it that verifies this was an account that I ownedThis is one of the reasons why this account was removed from the credit reporting agency, The other being Statue of Limitation according to FCRAOutsource convergent bought this illegitimate debt from Enhanced Recovery and reestablished it as an account that was opened and reported in This is what my current credit report reflects and has caused Damage to my credit score and fileI would like this account removed completely from my consumer credit report and this company investigated company for what I believe are illegal practices.

I am rejecting this response because:First of all, this debt collector is in the business of collecting, and as such they have an obligation to validate the debt in a timely manner if requested to do so by the consumer if they plan to continue collection activity on the account. As I mentioned in my original complaint, I never received debt collector's response to my request for validation of the account they continue to collect on. There is no evidence to support their claim. Due to their negligence, I have been extremely damaged. I am respectfully requesting Convergent Outsourcing delete the invalidated account immediately. I am making every effort to resolve this matter without presenting my case to a courtroom jury in my community.

The response you have provided isn't sufficient enoughYou have purchased this account from somewhere but PSEG has no record of this accountI have asked that you provide documentation because you are now attempting to collect on an account that isn't minesWithout valid documentation/contract for me to observe the validity of the contract than there is no contract and I ask that you remove all negative information that you have associated with this account to the credit bureaus be removed immediatelyIf you have obtained an account you should be able to provide the Revdex.com or myself a contract stating the services renderedWithout that you could easily falsely created an account in my name or with my SSN but you are unable to furnish any documentation I would like for you to reach out to the original account holder and obtain some form of valid documentation stating that this account solely belongs to me because they have declined that this account is minesAgain please provide documentation to the Revdex.com or myself or remove any and all negative information associated with this account reported to the credit bureaus.

Convergent Outsourcing Inc.has received Ms***'s additional informationOur position remains the same;we have not reported our information to the credit bureausConvergent Outsourcing does not believe it has violated any laws.On 06/06/we received an email from Ms*** requesting an itemized billWe have requested proof of the balance owed on Ms***'s behalf.When we receive the documentation requested from Verizon Wireless we will mail the information to the address provided in this complaint.It appears from the information provided in this complaint that Ms***'s issue is not with Convergent Outsourcing and is with the original service providerIf Ms*** has any further inquiries, please have her contact Verizon Wireless as Convergent Outsourcing no longer holds interest in collecting the balance

I am re**cting this response because: They are playing in my face, asking for personal information this is annoying how is it you act like you can't find your fake account with my name but you have the audacity to report on my credit report - ***! I provided the information to you my first and last name, that is enough to verify the 'account' you put on my credit report - it didn't list acct #I will not provide you any personal information I don't know who you are or why you are on my credit report! ***
