To Whom It May Concern, Convergent Outsourcing, Inchas received Ms*** fraud disputeOn 08/11/PayPal, Incplaced this account in our office to collect a balance on their behalfThe validation notice Ms*** received dated 08/15/2016, included her right to dispute the validity of
the balanceUpon investigation of this account the calls on 08/22/and 08/24/were reviewedWe were able to determine the first phone call on 08/22/that was received did in fact drop prior to the agent being able to assist Ms***We do not believe the dropped call was intentional and apologize for the inconvenienceApproximately five minutes later on 08/22/2016, after the first initial call, we received another call from a party who identified herself as Ms*** motherThe party informed our agent that Ms*** did not reside at the address on *** ***The agent apologized and advised her address would be removedOn 08/24/2016, Ms*** called and spoke with an agent who explained what the account was forMs*** states she had never used a PayPal account nor did she have a personal emailThe agent advised Ms*** that the account would be placed in a fraud dispute status so an investigation may be done in an attempt to help Ms*** resolve this matterIn response to this communication, Convergent Outsourcing has closed the account in our office and returned it to PayPal, IncWe have not reported our information to the credit bureausWe do not own the account and therefore we cannot guarantee resolutionIf Ms*** has any inquiries regarding this matter, she may contact PayPals customer support at 1-877-380-6578, referencing the PayPal, Incaccount number aboveWe appreciate the opportunity to respond

I've received robo calls from since December 14, in which a message was never left on my message machineThis lack of proper business practice on behalf of Convergent required that I perform research to identify who the caller was and where they are locatedThe actions of this company can only be considered callous, unprofessional and intended to harass

Per the FTC it states that "Debt collectors may not: give information about you to anyone, including a credit reporting company; "
If you can not validate this is my debt it must be removed from my credit file.
You cannot just put a collection on a persons credit file when they do not owe the debt
