Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I repeat my complaint regarding receiving no written communications from convergence regarding their intent to report to the credit bureaus per the FCRA and don't believe " As appropriate ", to be a definitive they will remove the derogatory law breaking remark from my credit file
No email communication was made by me to them regarding a sprint account, I repeat my complaint they should show proof of their attempt to communicate in writing with me days before the 5/27/date they reported to the credit bureau.$for each violation occurrence still stands
I did receive a phone call from an unidentified person who asked that I verify my social which I declined this person then said they were calling regarding my sprint account which I let them now I hadn't had a sprint account in five years perhaps they were looking for my ex wife plaintif
Now that it has been communicated that Sprint think that I owe them money I again quote the law that no communication attempt has been made in writing by sprint to attempt to determine my ownership of a bill or an ownership of the said debt prior to reporting to the credit bureau or since therefore again violating my rights under the FCRA
I have had no accounts with Sprint, made no payments authorized no services from which this debt could have occurred , no attempt has been made to communicate to me by them prior to sending their account to this collection agency , I therefore view this entire affair as frivolous and demand all reference be removed from my credit file immediately
Eight days before I send this to the state Attorneys office, I will not attempt to classify this as fraud , Convergent have broke the law remove the credit bureau filing and send me a letter of apology informing me the matter is closed.Sincerely,*** ***

Convergent Outsourcing Increceived the account from T-Mobile to collect an originalbalance of $for Mr***On 5/10/a validation notice was sent out to Mr***;T -Mobile adjusted their account balance to $in our office shortly after.On 5/17/Convergent Outsourcing Incmade contact with Mr*** via telephoneWithinthe call Mr*** indicated he did not owe any debt to T -Mobile and advised he would like nofurther phone calls to his numberOn 5/17/2016, the account provided by T-Mobile for Mr***was placed in a dispute dispositionAll collection activity concerning this T -Mobile account wassuspendedOn 5/19/Convergent Outsourcing Incinvestigated the call Mr***mentioned in his complaint; the "hang up" was confirmed and reported to the necessary departmentfor further coaching and disciplinary action.Convergent Outsourcing Inchas suspended all collection efforts in regards to Mr*** and theT -Mobile balance placed in our officeAll telephone numbers associated with Mr*** and hiswife have been placed on the company, "do not call list." I am rejecting this response because:I made contact with the lady that was provided to me and provided her with my debit card that was used and asked that she please follow up with me as she stated this would take hours to hours I have yet to receive a response from her as I requested in regards to this complaint yet Until I am notified and follow up has been presented to me and resolution as to where my payment went has been presented, I do not feel the need to accept resolution on this claim.
