account to be fraudUpon investigation of Ms***'s complaint that our agent was not helpful and just wanted money the call on 12/27/was reviewedWe found that our agent did not ask Ms*** for a payment at any time during this callThe agent attempted to provide Ms*** with information pertaining to the account as well as aske her questions, so he may assist her with resolution in this matterMs*** stated she did not want the information or any other information from our company and disconnected the callThe agent placed the account in a cease communication status on 12/27/In response to Ms***'s complaint we have closed the account in our office and returned to our clientConvergent Outsourcing has not reported the above referenced account to the credit bureausWe will forward a copy of this communication and our response to our clientIf Ms*** has any further inquiries regarding this matter, please have her contact Midland Funding, LLC directly

collections*** *** stated that he never lived at the service address for this *** account.As a result of the account review investigation, it was discovered that the agent inadvertently provided an incorrect response during the verification of the social security numberFurthermore as the investigation progressed we have made the determination that identification information we have on file could not be fully confirmed via the conversation with our representative and ***We would like to apologize for the misinformation provided to *** ***At the conclusion of our investigation we have updated our files accordingly and removed the address and social security number on file.We appreciate the opportunity to respond

Outsourcing Incmade its first and only contact with *** ***via the telephone; within the call, Mr*** stated he has never had service with Verizon Wireless.On 5/9/Convergent Outsourcing placed Mr***'s account in dispute status and suspendedcollection activityAll forms of communication to Mr*** have been terminatedAll telephonenumbers associated with Mr***'s account have been placed to our "do not call list," including thecontact number provided in the complaint (***-***)

Convergent Outsourcing Inchas received Mr***'s disputeComcast placed this account inour office on 12/05/2013, to collect a balance on their behalf.We were first notified by the credit bureaus of Mr***'s dispute on 1/12/The accountwas then placed in a disputed status and the
