I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, although I disagree with their timeline which states contact was made by me on only one occasion I wrote the business on occasions and provided them with proof of my disputes since this issue originated on June 9, To assure no further action in the future, I am attaching the last contract I had with Dish Network back in To make it abundantly clear to this collection agency that my contract expired in and thereafter this account was kept open only because I felt like it with no further obligation Their client owes me money!

to be fraudulent.In response to receiving this information, Convergent Outsourcing has ceased communication and placed the account in a disputed status so that this may be investigatedWe will forward a copy of this complaint and our response to our client

To Whom It May Concern,Convergent Outsourcing has received Ms***'s complaint *** placed this account with ouroffice on 06/17/2013, to collect a balance of$1,on their behalf.On 02/03/2017, Ms*** spoke with Convergent Outsourcing and she was offered a settlement onthis account
The agent advised Ms*** that her balance due was $1,and the settlement offerwas for $Ms*** agreed to the settlement offer and set up a credit card payment for $518.50at that time.Later that same day, Ms*** called Convergent Outsourcing stating that she thought she was payingfor a different * *** account Ms*** asked for a refund of the credit card payment she had made.The agent advised Ms*** that the card was still pending so it should only take about hours toreverse.During the investigation into the complaint, it appears that the request for a refund was not sent to theappropriate department, causing a delay in the refundThe refund is being reversed today and will berefunded to Ms***'s card in 3-business days.In response to the dispute on this account, Convergent Outsourcing has closed this account with ouroffice and we have returned it to ***If Ms*** has any further questions regarding theaccount she may contact *** directly.We appreciate the opportunity to respond, and apologize for the delay in Ms***'s refund request.Respectfully,Mattie G***Compliance Representative

An itemized bill is not REAL proof of a validation of debtUnder the FCRA, it is up to your company to provide a signatureHow were the final costs calculatedWhat was your method of verificationWhat did you send the credit bureau to verify that this account is accurateAre you authorized to collect on this debt?? Are you authorized to collect in my State?? So without further adieu, I'd like the original contract please and your validation process, or I'd like this account deleted from ALL major credit bureaus.
